It was great for the price and location near SDSU.

Took the train to SD to visit my son at college. This hotel wasn't fancy but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night even though there was traffic outside. Comfortable bed. Some peeling paint on bathroom door.

The staff was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price, many fast food options at walking distance from the hotel and there is a small gym in the hotel to burn all these calories

Breakfast had a lot of unfilled containers- nuts, brown sugar, spoons etc. I would have liked to have been informed that cleaning service wasn't available every day.

Wasn’t told that the pool would be closed indefinitely until arrival. Signs all around hotel, “Forget something? We’ve got it.” They didn’t… we asked for a comb, soap for the shower and to replace the detergent/softner that their laundry machine took - nothing. Stayed 8 days, room was cleaned once and only because we asked. They did have gigantic trash bags so I could pile the trash up in our room and then to the hallway. Laundry machine took my money, detergent and softener. Then I had to download an app to prepay an amount that was more than I would’ve need to wash/dry with no return on funds if not used in entirety

Great location, great breakfast. First morning bunch of people crashed the breakfast that weren't actually staying at the hotel. No food left - not really the hotels fault. Second morning was perfect!

With a one nite rental at $200 the additional $20 for parking is a deal breaker for staying here again.

1st when I called to confirm some things I was told I would not be charged for parking because I was handicapped but when I go to check in I was told it was $20 a day to park but another staff came out and said don’t charge him for that which was a good thing because that’s what I was told, they don’t really clean in the halls stairwells near the bed on the floor or corners or remove hair from bathrooms. We stayed 3 nights and opted not to have staff clean the room daily we called front desk for towels and he said to come down and get them? We weren’t able to at the time so no towels the 2nd night the next morning called again and were told they were no towels available? Because they were behind on laundry??? Then it states online that NO animals were allowed on the premises and yet we saw 10!! Dogs inside of the hotel, there was trash in the halls for 3 days and in the stairwell, some of the parking lot was in an alley? Which was next door to 7 11 and our window faced the alley why would you charge $20 a day to park in an alley with no security??? Unbelievable, NO staff except the front desk spoke English, the ice machines on the 1st night 2nd floor weren’t working and no one was bothered to fix them. The 2nd night there was ppl in the alley fighting and then drunk ppl screaming down the halls talking very loud at 3:00 am which no one did anything about. We have never stayed at a bad Hilton until now… poor service, poor free breakfast, subpar cleaning and upgrading standards holes in door torn wallpaper .

The price was fair, the bed and chair in room was comfortable and the TV was very good

Never got our room cleaned. We even talked to the cleaning lady but no one came. Bodywash was out the first night and never got refilled.

There was a large organization or family there and it was very noisy outside and above me. I requested my room be changed for the last day and the staff was very accomodating.

wi-fi didn't work, trash bags everywhere, can hear people walking upstairs, they only did cleaned rooms by appointments with a 24 hour notice. Charged for onsite parking when it was not even in the city. Just not the best experience

It was Booking.com error, they don’t have 2 queen beds and sofa family room, as sold to me!
