The staff was really unfriendly, they didn't even say hello and the security slept on the job The woman at the reception also told us one day that it is okay to fill up our water bottles and the next day she said we were not allowed.

The location was really good and directly near the subway The beds were really comfortable and it was quiet at night.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

location, even though it is close to the subway and 15 minute walk from Soho, Little Italy, China Town, etc.. We couldn't help notice the area was popular street drug exchange with addicts and what not didn't make it feel safe.

it was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and always ready to help. It was great that they provided free coffee, water, tea at the lobby.

Hotel was overbooked for their two double bed rooms. One of the rooms we were given instead had a broken card reader. Other than those issues, we had a good stay.

I loved the customer service, how safe it was that after 7 all doors are locked and you have to use your key to get inside which was totally fine for me.

-Wifi didn’t work and I was too tired to call down to figure it out -There is so much single use plastic and there wasn’t a dedicated recycling bin -I also docked a point for facilities because I didn’t see on the door card sleeve that the ice machines were on 6 & 8, so I went downstairs to ask then had to go back up -A house robe would have been nice

-Very clean. Hats off to the cleaning staff because I didn’t see a single finger print or water stain on the shower glass. The grout is usually gross in hotel showers and it was nice and clean too -The amenities and design were well planned and thought out -The Dove products were great and cut down on waste -Complimentary water at check out was appreciated -Very clean -Room and surrounding guests were quiet -All staff were friendly

Neighborhood was quite convenient in terms of metro access and walking distance to few nyc attractions but number of weed smoking homeless people around wasn't felt safe in the night especially with the children.

I especially liked the friendly staff and small but intelligently designed facility. Special thanks to Jasmine and Felix from the front desk and all of the room cleaning for their great work.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Breakfast was poor. Didn’t like that there wasn’t streaming available on television. Towels were very limited and not very comfortable. No shower mat was provided so I felt unsafe getting out of shower.

Convenient to my daughter. Clean. Fairly quiet. Liked the air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Liked having fridge and microwave. Liked having water, tea and coffee downstairs. Liked outdoor patio.

Very tiny room. We book a room for 3 people, it was too small, there were even no places for 3 suitcases. There were only 2 blankets and 2 towels for 3 people. Very strange system of air conditioning. It blows very cold air for 15 minutes, then turns off. No late check out (you need to pay for full day).

Good location, near subway, but not the best part of Downtown. Clean and nice room. Good service on the reception. A lot of cafes and small restaurants near the hotel.
