Front desk person was not personable when I checked in. . Didn't tell me how much anything was at the end. Didn't promote the restaurant like I was told by an relative of mine that is an employee at the restaurant should have. Spoke to the other employees in a nicer tone than she did to me.

my husband and I had taken my parents to Moab to celebrate their 66th wedding anniversary, when my dad was transported by ambulance to the hospital here in Price, Utah for emergency surgery. My mom and I were staying at the property with no transportation. My mom is handicapped and needs full time support. We utilized the shuttle each morning and evening to get to and from the hospital. Six frays later, we checked out of the property expecting to take my dad home. However, he had turn for the worse and was not released from the hospital and we needed to rebook additional nights. The staff have been exceptional and have accommodated our every need! We can’t express our appreciation enough for the hospitality and serviced we’ve received!

Parts of the in room coffee maker were melted; I did not want to use it. Front patio of hotel could be more inviting. Pool was small and highly visible from the front lobby.

Customer service was good, room was clean. Plenty of free parking. Nice lounging areas in the lobby and business centers. Relatively quiet. I asked for an extra blanket upon check in and had one delivered to my room within 5 minutes.

Smelled like employees were smoking pot in the parking lot. WLkimg I to the building there were two large groups smoking cigarettes which aggrevated my asthma. The room did not match the photos online. The tile grout had black mold/dirt in it going up the wall. The floor looked lime it hadn't been vacuumed ( stuff on the floor).

The bed was comfortable. The two people I dealt with were nice and professional.

aging, or owners invested in exterior appearance and lobby but not lodging. Facilities are worn. Understaffed. Little things, like adequate toilet paper had to be asked for. Keyed entrance to pool required assistance to open due to wear or need of service. breakfast bar inadequately supplied, etc. service staff having to cope.

The bed was hard. So it was difficult me to get comfortable. Also, the room itself was clean but the hallways were dirty and nobody did anything about the optics of that.

Accessible to town and the freeway. The breakfast is substantial. These were the 2 best things.

The room as a whole is a bit small for a family. The room was a bit outdated and the bed skirt was stained.

We liked the location, pool and that there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Website states that you have a swimming pool.. That is false. One reason why we picked this. After a very long trip, we was very tired and decided to stay the night. Staff was very rude. Asked for money back. Staff said absolutely no! Ended up leaving and going to a different place to stay. Also paying for this room, leaving in a bad mood from the staff.

The motel refused to allow us to stay because we had a cat. They claimed that they didn't allow cats. We had stayed there two weeks prior with our cat. We had paid the expected extra pet fee. Their policy doesn't say anything about cats.

The facility was good the previous time we stayed here with our cat, with no problems.

This motel claimed to be pet friendly - but for dogs only! Prior to this notification they refused to give Best Western Rewards because the reservation was made through a third party. Rude Staff.
