We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThe streets near the hotel did not feel completely safe at nights. But this is more of a city problem than a problem with the hotel. If you are sensitive about this you might want to look into places closer to wherever you want to visit. Otherwise, great accommodation.
The location is very convenient: It is 20 mins from the Sacramento airport by a public bus. It is also around 20 mins on foot from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center The buffet breakfast is amazing the staff is really welcoming.

My only complaint: the coffee at breakfast was not good and I really look forward to coffee in the morning so that really needs to improve. Staff was very helpful, courteous, professional. thanks.

United StatesYou can't help location, I was asked by a stranger right outside of the hotel, if I had any form of marijuana or cigarettes. That was obviously no fault of the hotel. When I went back to the lobby, a different staff member than the one who helped me originally seemed bothered that I was asking her questions.
Breakfast was standard buffet. It was alright. The staff there and the staff at the front desk for the most part were excellent. I got there early and I was offered a different room if I wanted to check in early. All of the information I was given regarding my stay, food, parking, etc. was explained clearly and professionally.

The staff is very helpful and responsive. The rooms are always very clean. Very convenient place to stay for going to a Kings game. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to walk to and from the stadium.
