Check-in staff said computer was down and they made photocopy of my credit card and drivers license - now I have to watch my account for fraud. Only one tv in room worked. No exhaust fan system in bathroom. Parking not secure.

That after my lady called and was told there were rooms available, and even after I placed a separate online reservation (with several confirmation emails assuring me of a successful reservation) I was refused service. Worse yet is the very distinct feeling that the "gentleman" working the counter seemed to relish telling me "no" without once checking (or even pretending to check) the system for my reservation.

That various online sources claimed room availability with online reservations, and all at the same price rate!

My trash never got emptied after i requested and when i called to get my trash emptied, the gentleman i talked to was extremely rude and disrespectful. The guy yelled at me and hungup in my face.

I arrived at 10 pm very tired and found the room dirty. There were dirty towels in a corner of the bathroom, the bedding was dirty with sheets on the floor. I called they couldn't give me another room they were full, so at least I asked for clean bedding but didn't get it just clean towels. Luckily I had extra blankets from home and put them over to sleep.

The room was not clean, tv remote barely worked. Very, very sketchy people in and around the building. Did not feel safe being alone.

The bathroom sink was clogged the picture in the bathroom had stuff on it and the cabinet where the refrigerator was located the door was broken so every time you opened the door it fell down and was hanging on by one hinge. There is no way any of this was unnoticeable to the cleaning staff. Oh and the bathroom tub stopper I’m not sure what that was all about since it was laying in the bottom of the tub.

I liked how private it was. there were not many people around the area. We were not bothered by staff or visitors.

-Weird smell of mold in room that gave us a headache -Fridge acted as a freezer and froze all our food and drinks for the weekend -Vending machine says $1 but charged my card $5 worker was nice enough to pay me back in cash though -Elevator broke down and fire department had to come fix it waking everyone up in the middle of the night -Door handles are taken off around the building so residents with rooms in the far back such as ours had to walk a long distance there and back to smoke. -very small room for the price and had a desk with no chair, had to ask front desk for a chair from the dining room to do my work.

good location close to discovery park and friendly workers deposit was only $100 but never got it back :(

The terrible smell of mildew that I never got used to in 5 days. It was so bad it made me náuseas the first few days. The facilities and furniture are very outdated and don't match. They're blood and other stains on the furniture. The restroom was rusting.

The room was dirty. The TV was broke. Two of the lights didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work. There were bugs in the shower. There were holes all over the comforters.

I didn’t like ironing board :) It isn’t padded, so heat is not reflected back to whatever you are ironing. Waste of time. Not good for ironing your business shirt, was terrible over wrinkle did not come off even if there was steam from iron.

This hotel seem old but it is very well maintained. The outside is not the best but it is very well lit. Bathroom is not like 5 ⭐️ but decent for the budget price. AC cooling is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast I think was on the pricey side but lots of other places to grab food around hotel. Also located right at the corner of the freeway, easy to find, but not noisy when in the room. Will lodge here again.

The hallway smelled like a bad combination of weed, mildew, and mold. I definitely felt sick every time I walked into the hallway.

There was a bed to sleep on and out seemed like everything was clean.
