when my sister and I checked in and went to our room, we saw a small cockroach in the bathroom, and then a what looks like pubic hair on the comforter. We called the front desk and told them of this and asked for a different room. When we came down to the front desk, there were two women working behind the counter. One of them asked what room it was and said that they would go check. I asked her if she was calling me a liar, and she said no, but that she was gonna go check the room. A couple minutes later she came back down and said that she didn’t see anything wrong with the room. I again asked if she was calling me a liar, and she said no and they were getting us a different room. While I was waiting for the other girl to assign us a new room, I told another guest that I had seen a cockroach in the hotel. The other girl asked me to come closer to her as I was ““ too far away from her and telling other customers of my issue“ I told her she could hear me fine, and I could hear her fine. Then proceeded to check into another room. Once in the other room, it was clear that they had not vacuumed as there was a hair tie on the floor and two clothing tag ends. At this point, I was over dealing with it, and we went to our event. that evening when we came back, I had asked for another pillow from the front desk and I was told that no I could not have one. I went down to the front desk and said, is there anyone else that could get me a pillow, and I was told no, and what didn’t I understand about that. I was flabbergasted at this point went to walk out of the hotel to my car to see if I had anything and while I was doing so two staff that were leaving I started talking to them about and the woman said I’m sorry, but we can’t get you a pillow right now because we don’t have access to the housekeeper’s area and that’s where the extra pillows are kept.

the only thing I liked about the property was one staff member- a young male who drove the shuttle everything else and the rest of staff were horrible! treated so badly here it was literally shocking!

Room had dead bugs on the floor near the window, bathroom sink and toilet had not been cleaned well. Not enough towels were stocked and the fridge was not cold enough. Also booked in advance and asked for a view of the arch and the front desk decided to put us on the opposite side, which was the reason why we paid for such an overpriced hotel room to begin with. And scammed us with the hotel parking

We got to the hotel early to check in (at 2pm) but there were no rooms clean, I was told they could not guarantee a room would be clean by check in time at 3pm either. They said they put my name on a list (and I was supposedly the 3rd on that list) and they would call me when a room was ready, two and a half hours later there were still no clean rooms to be given. We had a concert to be at and I told them we could not wait to check in and would have to wait until after the concert. The lobby was packed with people who were expecting to get their rooms and get ready before the concert and people doing there hair and makeup at any plug in they could find. They were extremely underprepared for an expected event and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

Expensive for 1 night, but taxes weren't as high as some other hotels in the area.

Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and a convenient location. Pay parking lot across the street from hotel. Left my car parked in pay lot & used shuttle bus to get to our events in town. Shuttle drivers were very helpful & friendly.

1. This location need to be investigated and demoted from Holiday Inn brand. 2. My first room on day one did not have a working AC. My second room AC stop working on the second night of my two nights stay. 3. Toilet did not have a toilet seat. Toilet ran all night long making a loud whistle noise. 4. Shower curtain had mold on it. 5. There were hair pins left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. 6. Shuttle bus is not safe for the staff to drive nor have passengers ride in it. 7. Price is too EXPENSIVE, $300.00 a night for a horrible experience. Again, should not be a Holiday Inn brand hotel. 8. Location need NEW OWNERS. 9. On Saturday night way past midnight, there was so much loud noise outside the hotel, shouting arguing, loud music etc… 10. I had a staff open my door late evening without calling or knocking, and it startled me so bad, he said he was just checking rooms. 11. I can say the front desk staff and female shuttle driver was very polite and nice. 12. The issues at this hotel location is not the staff, it is the owner’s responsibility to maintain this property at the certification level of Holiday Inn brand and the owners have failed miserably.

I didn’t like the fact I asked housekeeping to make my beds because my daughter had spilled her juice on the bed, she arrived as we were leaving for the day to go have some fun. I then get a notification that my credit card had been used a few miles away come the hotel and I didn’t use it nor had it on me it was left in the room in my other purse, that I purposely put under some things. Come to find out the housekeeper stole my card and went through my things!! I did call the police and file a complaint the second shift manager was extremely helpful I can not say they for the first shift manager he was very dismissive

The location w all the on going construction going on around it, was awful. For the amount of money it cost for a king bed, I thought the rooms were very small,.. there's no closet, to hang clothes, And the front desk clerks just ran thru their script, like a dang robot, like they couldn't wait to get away, in to something better like their phones.. not very friendly. Actually ended up leaving early

Dirty floors leading to room, elevators not working or scary to ride bc of jerking, ran out of water in lobby. Vending machine was gone from 2 floor and had to search for sometime drink and ice, room had to be changed due to fruit flies, dingy and stained shower/tub, broken or bent lamps, loose door security latch, toilet wouldn’t flush unless handle was held down, got stuck on elevator that didnt want to move, holes in carpet, exposed nails in carpet where it meets tiles, overworked but very nice overnight staff, had to go to bar just to get water, smell of weed in hallway from other room, loud guests in hallways, printer broke and couldn’t get actual receipt from Stay.

Overnight staff was very nice. Bartender gave water when needed so I didn’t have to stand in line behind 12 people checking in.

They double charged us. I called to have a charge removed and they never returned the call or canceled the second charge. Our room had a bad door that stuck -- you had to slam your shoulder into it in order to open it. We asked for a room change, but they did not agree to our request.

First time here. Check in was very easy. Very nice people. Loved my executive room I was so amazed how big it was. Clean facility and breakfast was fire. Never been to a hotel that served bacon. The place bacon was crispy and good. I will be back soon. 5 stars
