Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking was a nightmare!!!! We got back to room at 7:30 on a saturday and drove around until 8 looking for parking spot. It’s in a rough neighborhood so walking several blocks was not an option with 2 littles. We looked everywhere within a 4 block radius. Everything was full due to some events we were unaware of. Hotel was not accommodating when it comes to parking and staff should make others aware of events and how hard parking will be upon arrival. Pool was small and overcrowded. They need an attendant or someone to walk around especially since it’s on second floor and surely staff right below at front counter can hear. There were a bunch of kids were playing football simply not caring about others trying to swim even little ones. It was extremely slick around the pool as well.
Room was decent. It was clean. Staff was always friendly. Pillows were wore out but the bed was comfy. Room was a decent size and had a microwave and fridge. Nightlights for each side of the beds.

United StatesIn town for a concert, stood in line to check in for over an hour before we were told they had no rooms cleaned at the so called check in time and didn’t have any remorse that their guests were SOL for getting checked in before our concert. They said they didn’t have a clue about something going on for a second night. They need to have accommodations for big events, bring in more staff/housekeepers.
Rooms were comfy and decent size.

United States1. The AC did not work in my room, therefore, I was moved to another room. this room was directly by the elevator on the third floor. I heard all traffic from the elevator throughout the night affecting my sleep. 2. There was also a MLB game, this caused an increase in traffic with loud noise outside of my window throughout the night. 3. My bathroom was dirty with hair pins on the floor. 4. The bathtub is clogged up and the water does not go down, it settles into. puddle during my shower. 5. The toilet runs and I had to shake the leveler to quiet it.
Location is perfect for the purpose of travel.

United Statesa number of minor but annoying issues. no closet in the room for hanging clothing the toilet was somewhat loose and rocked no tissues in the tissue holder breakfast was at best not warm but mostly cool and of little taste (worst sausage gravy I’ve ever eaten. at least I hope it was sausage gravy). never found an ice maker that had ice in the 3 nights we were there booked through Bookings(dot)com as 4 per room and had towels for two

United StatesThe staff was wonderful all except for one lady upon checkout. She was not friendly at all and stated she would send a receipt through email. Still waiting on that! You could tell she would have liked to have been any where else than at her job.
The hotel had a shuttle which was wonderful for the games and sight seeing. 99.9% of staff was wonderful. All were so nice except for the lady upon check out. Wish I had gotten her name. She could learn alot from her co-workers.

United StatesShower was too small. View was horrible. Neighbors very disrespectful. Charging $50 to park our vehicles was insane. The young lady Shonna that received us and the valet driver that parked our vechles were amazing. The hotel was decent but the view outside room 201 was horrific. We had to listen to extremely loud neighbors from 200 until about 2am. As Diamond Wyndham members whom stay in hotels every weekend all over the country I can say that in comparison to their hotels of equal rates I am disappointed.
