Our 2nd stay they were very busy, we asked for a crib and they said they would check and see if they had one which was fine but they never followed up to tell us they wouldn’t be bringing one. Just a heads up would have been nice. Also our room the 2nd stay had broken curtains and the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way.

Clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed 2 times in a week. First time staff was very accommodating and room was nice.

our ac unit in our room was very loud, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, and i could hear a lot of banging at night just from people walking around the hotel.

Had to pay for the same items you'd get free for breakfast at other hotels. If you're going to charge for breakfast, please put more effort into it than spongy sausage and pre-made, frozen pancakes.

Is Holiday Inn a setup up from Express? Not so here. Problems at check-in, mold in shower, bathroom sink drain mostly clogged up. You get a 2 for $15 coupon for breakfast each day. We got a complementary BK due to the check-in hassle and were very glad we did not pay for it. Not good at all. Dodged the bucket on the floor of our room each day of our stay due to leak in the fire sprinkler system. I won’t stay here again. :( :( :(

The bed was very hard. My wife could hardly sleep on it it hurt her so much. When she woke up she took a couple of ibuprofens to ease the pain. The shower was not level and the sliding door of the shower would not stay closed

I gave Holiday Inn a 2nd chance to redeem themselves from my last stay when I put in a special request for a room on the top floor. I was participating in a triathlon and didn't want to hear kids running up and down hallways or any people with lead feet walking above me. Well on this occasion, even though I received a response from the hotel that my request would be granted, I was told the top floor was for rewards members only. Which brings us to my current stay a few months later. I requested a top floor and the reply stated it would be granted. This time, I was told by the lady working the front desk, Jennifer, that there was a convention in town and there were no rooms on the top floor available. Instead, I was put on the middle floor. I informed her of my request and told her this is the 2nd time this has happened with a different excuse. And guess what? I did end up with a heavy footed person above me. I really like hanging out at the pool, but the water was freezing!!!! I know it's hot outside, but it should be a little warmer! I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and luckily my friend canceled. There were only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. I know I could always call down for more, but I don't think 4 towels for a room that could hold 4 people is too much to ask for. It really doesn't matter at this point. I gave Holiday Inn 2 chances. I don't think I'll be back. No attempt was made to contact me after the first review I turned in and I don't expect any contact after this one either. There are plenty of other hotels in St. George I can stay at.

I think the facilities are nice overall. The pool was well kept with plenty of towels. Parking is close no matter where your room is located. There's ice water available 24/7 in the lobby. The outdoor seating with a fireplace is so relaxing, especially during the summer.

Our room 232 had such a noisy A/C we had to sleep with it off and it got pretty warm. Need to have someone look at it and lubricate the fan or something!

Clean, nice rooms, fridge w/small freezer, quiet area of hotel, great breakfast, staff was very personable. Jennifer at check in was friendly and made us feel welcome.
