Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

When I ask the front desk he was kind of rude and told us they were booked and that was the only room they have. We stayed because it was late and we were tired from our trip. But front desk was not friendly at all.

United StatesThe reservation was hard to find because it wasn't under my name. There were several families who booked through a third party and it was a mess trying to figure out who had a room and who didn't. I'm glad they found us a room however for big events, its better to speak with the hotel directly.
There was a great selection of food available for breakfast. The staff was very nice as well. The check in and check out process is easy too.

United StatesThe renovation were not completed. They didn't have enough towels for their guests. The lights and phone on one side of the room didn't work at all. The included breakfast was gone before 8am. They need more staff to accommodate everyone.

United StatesI called ahead to check to see if the hot tub was open and functioning, I was assured it was. It was not, the hotel personnel told me and my son to take a hot bath. Breakfast started after 7, I checked out at 7 and I wasn't offered a refund. He served me cold coffee he said was just made, obviously from the previous day. I had a dirty towel hanging in my bathroom on the back of the door. Im very disappointed in this hotel experience. This was a special get away with my son for an event and he loves to swim and get in a hot tub, I couldn't believe it was closed after I called to verify.

United StatesThe king bed mattress was very hard and hurt my back. I requested a different room but was denied so we bought a foam topper mattress at Walmart next door and that solved the problem. When we checked in the first night I asked about breakfast but was not told that because we used bookings.com, we would not be eligible for the free breakfast but would have to pay $20 for the two of us. Tea and coffee were allowed but the “hot”water for tea was barely lukewarm so I used the Keurig upstairs to make tea. I determined that the breakfast was not served in a safe manner (everybody had to reach into bread bags to get bread and bagels instead of being in a cabinet to be reached with tongs) so we did not eat there. By the way, the price at bookings.com was the full price changed by the hotel but I was not given the choice of using AARP or military discount so it was a pricey 2 nights.
Great location, easy to access. The room was very nice with a living room area. Everything was clean.
