We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaMy stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Upon arrival at 1 am, the overnight staff's professionalism and warm welcome were commendable, setting a positive tone for my stay. However, my experience took a sharp turn when I encountered Jay at the front desk. His rude demeanor, accompanied by dismissive hand gestures and even going as far as calling me "crazy" behind the manager's back, greatly detracted from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. As someone who had traveled from Canada to attend a funeral, I was already in a vulnerable state and did not anticipate such treatment. Nevertheless, the situation was salvaged by the prompt intervention of the lady manager, who handled the matter with grace and respect. Her professionalism and willingness to address the issue were commendable, ultimately mitigating the impact of Jay's behavior. In summary, while the initial impression of the hotel was positive thanks to the overnight staff's hospitality, the encounter with Jay was regrettable. However, the effective resolution by the manager reaffirmed my faith in the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction

United StatesWhile sitting in the lobby I heard the front desk person tell a manager “Yes Junior is here”. Wow he came right in probably an hour ahead to make sure the dinning area could open at 6:00 am. I left something (Power Charger) in my room when I called I was told it was not found but when I insisted on looking in my room it was found in a drawer. I drove an hour to retrieve it. I think his name was Tramale, he did have my name phone number and room number on the item in the front drawer. But he did not inform the next front desk staff member it was there. So when I arrived he said it was not in the drawer I told him to look again. He found it!
Mr. Junior (the black young men). Wow!! He is the PERFECT employee for Holiday Inn. He does it all for the dinning area and the kitchen alone. I was in the lobby watching him work 30 minutes before the dinning area opened. He fixed the coffee in the lobby made sure menus were on the tables. Made sure tables were clean and chairs were straight. He greeted all with a smile he looked stressed but was WELL capable of handling the job. He is doing the job of four and probably under PAID!! If I needed an employee I would offer it to him, he is the perfect example of a OUTSTANDING employee. Junior took orders, brought water and coffee, and answered incoming calls, cooked to order meals arranging them neatly on our plates, and our carry out orders he made sure everything was verified in our bags. We made sure he received a nice tip to compensate his low wage. Mr. Junior you are the best!!

United StatesFor the amount paid for my stay, I wasn't happy about having to pay $15 for breakfast. Some convenient free items would have been nice. Complimentary coffee only available at breakfast is poor for travelers. Business center was less than ideal. Printing did not match the preview screen, printed front and back despite option not being selected.
Room was nice, clean. Satellite tv was nice. Location was good and easy access for my commute.

United StatesThere were two elevators, our first trip up to our room on the 4th floor, the front desk clerk had to come "reset" the elevator which also made us wait for 3 minutes before having to take said elevator up. Next time trying to go down it wouldn't work, had to take the stairs. Breakfast doesn't start until 7, which is late if you want to get something to eat before an early morning event like we had.
Location was nice, We were in town for a 5k that was at the high school not even a mile away. It was simple to get to. My friend had mentioned how the building itself looked nice when we parked. Breakfast was good on our second morning.
