I had to buy my own trash bags and request towels. The housekeepers made the beds but didn’t replace towels or take out the trash. I had an issue with cleaning chemicals being left in the room where my little kids slept.

Great location. A lot of additional shopping and places to eat.

they need to update their furniture. The couch and chair that were in the room was dead leather, but it was all peeling off, in very poor condition.

we were a party of 16 so I reserve 2-two bedroom suits and we only got one and two separate rooms because one was not clean and did not have someone to clean it also I reserved the rooms with breakfast including and when we requested the tickets for the free breakfast they only gave us two tickets per room because they said it only two per room , when I reserved I told them we were 16 so we can get breakfast for every one and not only for two persons

There was roaches in the bathroom coming out from the sink vanity. I booked a standard room, but wasn't asked if I preferred a king bed or 2 queen beds, and was very disappointed with having to pay to park at the hotel

It was very conveniently located near Universal Studios and close to the Interstate

They charge an additional fee to park on premises!!! I’ve been to enough hotels in the area to think this is outrageous. And it’s something you have to do because there’s no other place to park. And there’s no place where they tell you this in advance… you find out when checking in. Zero amenities besides the basics. At this price yOu con usually get a shaving kit if you forget yours… but I tried the receptionist and her answer was always “you can find some in the gift shop”

We had a 2 bedroom suite & still had to pay an Additional $21/night for parking. Sugar ants on all the counters, furniture was in need of replacing, tvs only had cable and couldn’t cast or use apps for watching tv. Toilet clogged out of nowhere in one of our bathrooms. Trying to find a parking spot was horrible. No breakfast included in rate, Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.

Pool was clean, location for Universal was good.

The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear, but that didn't bother us, considering all the other amenities and the large suites for the super awesome price and great location.

I loved the 2 bedroom suite with a living room between the bedrooms and each bedroom had a bathroom. There were 4 beds and even a sofabed. The location was across from Universal and provided a shuttle to and from Universal. There was a TGIF restaurant connected to hotel, which made it super convenient. We paid about $630 for 4 nights, which was the best part, especially with so much room for the 5 of us. We didn't feel crowded at all. There was even a microwave and small fridge and coffee maker. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We would surely stay again! They also had a gift shop in case you forgot something. They even have a heated pool.

Renovations were happening so hopefully things will be better soon: staff was very unhelpful and unpleasant. Universal partner hotel but universal rep was gone for the day when we checked in at 3 (check in time) and we were simply told to check at the desk around 7am the next morning. The next morning there was a long line and the rep seemed to be pretty rude to the people he was “helping” so we drove over and paid for parking instead of using a shuttle. The furniture was old and fabric was peeling. There was only one remote but two tvs so we couldn’t use both at the same time. Internet was down most of our stay. The fire alarm was set off a couple of times for testing while we were resting. A vehicle in the parking lot had their alarm going off all night, literally when we went to bed and it was still going when we checked out. Hallway carpet was dirty (though the room was clean). Only decaf coffee was provided… The list is long so I will just say the renovations are needed and some focus on the clients would be nice but those things may be of less interest to management because given their location they will always have clientele. If we ever return to Universal we will stay on site even with the additional costs involved to do so.

Very close to Universal Studios. Large room, lots of space. Good sized fridge and a microwave in the room.

Despite booking and prepaying for my reservation through this app, upon arrival, they still charged us full price for the room again when they ran our card for parking. Once we noticed, they said they’d fix it, but still an inconvenience if working on a tight budget. The hotel smelled pretty heavily of weed once you start walking towards the rooms & there were tiny sugar ants on the counters (but that’s just Florida lol).

    Amazing location and nice staff.
