You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

For me it’s location. So easy to get to off I-35. The bed and pillows are so luxurious I don’t want to get up. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise when I stayed 2 weeks ago this wasn’t offered. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly and service was fast. Will stay again soon.

United StatesThe door to our room didn't shut properly and the interior lock was bent. We were awakened before 9 am after a very late night by vacuuming outside our door. We had hoped for a quiet stay. Parking was difficult. The person working the front desk when we checked in was not friendly at all although all of the other workers were.
Clean comfortable room. Nice finishes throughout. Ramon at breakfast was amazingly kind and helpful.

United StatesWhen we walked into the room, we noticed a piece of trash on the floor, regular tea was not provided in the room (only green tea), the shampoo and lotion provided was stinky, trash was not emptied until we asked, there was not a breakfast buffet.
We didn't have to pay until we checked-in, free wifi, free cable TV, free breakfast, indoor pool, comfortable bed, free coffee, trash was emptied when housekeeping was asked and fresh towels were offered.
