This property was definitely better than most of the Holiday Inn properties that I have stayed at. The property was clean, the staff friendly and the location was perfect for my needs. The food in the restaurant was very good, however the waitstaff was somewhat lacking.

There were no washcloths in the room. The road construction made it a little difficult to get there, but you could not help that.

I didn't have hot water in the shower the morning I left.

The laundry services on my floor were not accessible with my key. I went to the 4th floor to find accessible washer and dryer. It was fine, just a little inconvenient.

The bed was very comfortable. The channel selection for the TV was excellent. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room 235 has a handicap accessible bathroom. Water would flow out into a secondary drain in the bathroom. We used towels to dry up the floor and requested additional towles. I had to go down and get the towels , but no one came up to retrieve the wet towels. Three days!

The breakfast was free, so I cannot really comment. Parking was plentiful and there was always someone there to greet us.

This Holiday Inn does not offer complimentary breakfast. The convenience store in the lobby does not have a price list. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispensers.

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a fan and a coffee machine in the room. We arrived around midnight, and the night front desk attendant was welcoming, respectful, and helpful.

person at desk was to serious, it was like he was tired or just didn't want to be there. when i booked it said they had excellent breakfast and when we asked they said they did not have any, I'm not sure if I read the information right or not.

The pull out sofa bed did not have any bedding. I called the front desk and requested this but they never brought anything to my room. My toddler fell asleep with his blanket so I didn’t keep calling but felt like my request got ignored.

Television controls difficult to navigate. Couldn't set clock for correct time, and the alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking me. The electrical outlets were flimsy, not allowing me to keep my charger inserted. Annoying for what appears to be an otherwise ok hotel

There was enough towels, sheets, etc for 2 people. We had 5 (three kids). No sheets for the hideaway bed and when we got some from the desk, it was a tiny, thin blanket and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. We were charged twice for the room plus a $50 refundable fee. It took 3 phone calls to get the issue resolved and they tried to tell us we weren't double charged, then the last girl said we were and she was unsure if it was an accident. Also, the breakfast was not available at 7:30am. We were told we had to wait another 30 minutes, so we left and ate elsewhere.

Convenient to location we were traveling. Decently cleaned.
