No hair dryer. Paper thin towels and pillows. Cigarrette burns on the covers in our nonsmoking room. Paper thin doors.

Things were as expected. The air conditioning worked well. So did the refrigerator. The location is great.

The room had broken lights and weirdly, flies appeared after we moved in when the door was closed! So presumably not as clean as you would like.

The guy at reception was super friendly and helpful even though new to the job. I was tired after a long flight and drive and we got into the room quickly. The location was perfect, right on the highway to Yosemite without the extravagant prices and a supermarket just down the road to stock up for camping.

I arrived during a heatwave, and the air conditioning for the motel had just gone out. They already had an electrician on the way, but it still took until the following afternoon to get some of the rooms taken care of. Mine was one of the rooms still without AC, and the manager was able to move me to a larger room with working AC for the remainder of my stay, which turned out to be an additional 3 days. Outside of a couple of noisy neighbors in my original location, the lack of AC at the beginning of my stay was the only issue.

They not provide breakfast, no remote control in the room when I ask for the remote control they bring it to my room but the TV not works.

Property is TIRED- electrical outlets couldn’t charge phone, security lock non- operational, rug rumpled- tripping hazard, pillows thin, road noise was a constant.

Shower didn’t work and didn’t want to walk on carpet barefoot. Bed was firm in center then dipped on side. I could hear men talking and smoking in front of their/our rooms early and late.

It seemed like people staying there actually lived there. Felt uncomfortable at times. Conversations were frequent and loud and went on into the night. I understand there are a lot of people homeless and times are different now. It may just be me needing to adjust.

Easy to find. It was close to everything I needed and wanted to do. Front desk person was very kind.

The room were not comfortable there the door you could see outside bathroom door would not close walls were dirty beds made nice evey time we would go outside someone from a different room would watch us non stop it was very uncomfortable the ac worked great just the crowd of ppl the room renters was just weird to me didn't feel safe in my room alone

Nothing a nice stay and very quiet if any noise at night time and it is nearby a very busy road.

The staff was attentive and polite very professional in their way of dealing with people. The room was of a older hotel but well maintained and the showers do very well for me.

somebody at sometime had been smoking in that room, I could still smell that old smoke smell.

The hot water took awhile to come out. The coffee maker was old and dirty. The beds were a little hard.

New Shower and the heater worked fine.

Nothing really stood out and the staff where helpful and kind.

1. The staff on point for doing their level best to make the customer not have any issues. 2. The price was affordable and not jacked up like most places these due recoup of money due to covid. 3. Very hot shower water a major plus for me 4. The hotel itself is older but the staff are working to make it the very best they can. 5. Lastly, the area it is in has alot to see but close enough for places to eat and enjoy when in Oakdale.

Little bit more cleaning care ..think maybe maid staff needs few refresher courses.

called 7 times with no answers, waited 10 minutes for people to come to desk for check in. guy in parking lot trying to sell drugs. blanket on bed has multiple cigarette burns. no smoke detector in room.

the key to open my door worked well. The door didn't really latch right. So maybe that is why.

The room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoking one. After we changed the room to get better one there was nothing better actually. Weird smell, dirty carpets, light didn’t work, a burned hole from a cigarette in the cover of the bed, dirty frame of the bed… We travel a lot and I must say I never felt that disgusted. We paid almost the same price for a different motel which can’t be even compared with this… for this level of accommodation I would pay a lot less.

Except the young lady who was sweet and nice probably nothing…

When I arrived, no front desk person for 10 minutes, then someone tells me that the front desk person is in the shower. I waited 20 more minutes and nothing. Never got the chance to check in but I was still charged for the night.
