Definitely bring a fan for the single bed room or put your warmest climate loving guest in there. The window unit is a long ways from it, and the fan was a lifesaver. Never did figure out the jets for the tub but the staff did try. Water is either cold or scalding (watch kids!!) unless you get it exactly right. The kitchen sink, just pull up on the handle just slightly and the dripping stops. I didn’t love the room divider, I would much rather have a proper door with a latch, but was glad for the privacy that was provided. Coffee lovers - bring your own coffee and standard filters!!! Yes, elevators are slow especially during busy times, but tolerable.

2br oceanfront efficiency. Room was smaller then a suite really but comfortable. It was a very efficient way to vacation at the beach. You have several options indoor and out for pools that are very kid friendly between this location and the “holiday sands south beach” next door with the lazy River. Desk staff was attentive, very nice, and took care of issues quickly. Beds are firm, slight roll to the center for two for us; but I like my mattress firm and as many back issues as I have, my back is not hurting! Bring a mattress topper if you sleep better on plush. Ps “bugs” people see are palmetto bugs. They look like giant roaches but aren’t.

The parking is not easy to find. It can use some updated furniture, and updated room renovations is needed.

The separation of the beds in each room was nice to have. The two TV’s was a great plus. Housekeepers were really nice and helpful.

The smell of the elevator, the carpet felt really dirty, our room didn’t feel or look clean, the hotel had a bad smell throughout the Building, the elevator i think it needs to be fixed! Was scared every time we got on!

The place can be updated. Also the oven didn't work. People just kept slamming the doors shut. It got really annoying late at night when you were trying to sleep.

We had an amazing view of the ocean. There staff were all really nice to us too. When I called down for things to be brought up to the room it never took more then 20 minutes.

Beds not comfortable. Rooms could use upgrades it was dated and refrigerator and stove rusted. Was a non smoking building but you could smell weed indoor and out on the balcony. Elevators worked but not well and they smelled like cat pee. Parking not the best but busy weekend.

On the beach. Great view from balcony. Nice pool. Kitchen was nice . Rooms appeared clean. Pool and hot tubs were nice and clean.
