The parking is not easy to find. It can use some updated furniture, and updated room renovations is needed.

The separation of the beds in each room was nice to have. The two TV’s was a great plus. Housekeepers were really nice and helpful.

The smell of the elevator, the carpet felt really dirty, our room didn’t feel or look clean, the hotel had a bad smell throughout the Building, the elevator i think it needs to be fixed! Was scared every time we got on!

The place can be updated. Also the oven didn't work. People just kept slamming the doors shut. It got really annoying late at night when you were trying to sleep.

We had an amazing view of the ocean. There staff were all really nice to us too. When I called down for things to be brought up to the room it never took more then 20 minutes.

Beds not comfortable. Rooms could use upgrades it was dated and refrigerator and stove rusted. Was a non smoking building but you could smell weed indoor and out on the balcony. Elevators worked but not well and they smelled like cat pee. Parking not the best but busy weekend.

Parking across the street. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Elevators need some attention. My room view was not what was pictured as advertised however it was still a pretty view of the ocean. The room had an odor the entire stay. Room furniture needs major updating or just replaced because several pieces was broken.

Easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly and fast with getting extra linens and towels for the room. Cheap.

We had a two bedroom suite… the first bedroom (closest to the hallway ) had no seperate ac so it remained stuffy in there. Better airflow would help that.

Location beachfront was good. Good value if you are looking for a beachfront view without spending thousands.

We are late sleepers, and room service was there every morning waking us up. Did not seem to have Do Not Disturb signs.

Inadequate parking!! Having to park behind a parking deck, in a poorly lit gravel lot is unacceptable. Granted, this was the only parking for this hotel if you returned after 8PM. Before 8PM, you may get a spot in the paved lot across the street from the hotel but never at the hotel lot of 10-12 spaces.

The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The location, for what I was there for, was perfect and on the beach.

our window didn’t lock and it was on the 9th floor. no safety bars or anything just a straight drop

it was right on the beach, had many pools to swim in and it was kid friendly
