I couldn't sleep all night with my girlfriend since the room was in front of the elevator and the elevator had a sound that made it impossible to sleep because of the sound. They also gave me a torn sheet that I didn't realize because it was covered with a bed cover. and the insurance deposit was not returned to me

The rooms 522 and 526 were not up to standards. Room 522 no phone, TV was not working and also the remote control, TV had just one button on the back to use and not happy about it. The bedsheets and cover had cigarette burns on them (for a Free Smoke Environment/Hotel) no microwave, no Menu to order out, parking is not good either. The pool was closed also. No small cups for drinks, sodas, etc. ice Machine and water machine was not in operation and in a small room that was completely dirty and a slip and fall hazard area. Water on the floor. Room 526 had no water in the bathroom toilet 🚽 and shower 🚿. Cigarette burns also on the bedsheets, no small cups, no Menu to order either. Front staff did not understand when called to have maintenance to check the rooms was informed that he will be there in 10 minutes. Never showed up until the next morning when I went to the front desk to find out what happened to the maintenance guy last night (that he was gone for the night). Was not informed until I went up to get it taken care of and get clean towels for both rooms. The front guy who I spoke to about the issues sounded like he did understand or didn't care over the phone but in person he immediately said "oh yeah" and started talking to the "maintenance guy" right there in front of me. Plus I don't think he understood what I was telling him what was wrong with the rooms and he speaks Spanish. Also did not see if they had any name tags. The maintenance guy went up to check the rooms, fixed the TV (from the back only) said he was going to come back with another remote control but never did. Went to room 526 to check the water in the bathroom. Said he got the water fixed. I hope I get my $200 deposit fee back for all this. ($100 deposit for each room) That was not up to standards. Would like to get a refund as well for getting not what was shown on the website. Website was false advertisement.

They charged me a $100 security deposit, but I did not receive the money back. I called them and they said they had refunded me the day I left the hotel, but after 10 business days I called the credit card company, and no refund was issued. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to wait forever to get your security deposit back.

The check-in took ages, all it takes is a few guests and you will be in the lobby for at least half an hour. The rooms are not cleaned well and way outdated. They charged me extra without any notice I had to dispute the charge.

The room was smelly, The carpet looked dirty window panels were ripe and dirty 😔, and the Hallways were dirty also there were only 2 towels in the bathroom and no ice you guys need to do better charging all that money for a night for a dirty place like that😡

It was grubby, hadn’t been decorated in years. The price had been quadrupled due to local events in the area. The pillows were tiny.

The carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub drain barely went down so while showering, there was soap scum coming up. My balcony view was towards the front of the building (parking lot). My view was the bottom roof where it looked like years of mold and debris piled up. Oh and we witnessed the maintenance man having to hold the elevator closed.

I lined that this hotel is closer to major store like Walmart and there’s a lot of food places available around the area.

Very dated interior and room was musty and carpets were dated and dirty. There was only one towel in room. The entrance door sensor is controlled at the desk. Very controlling area and management of this establishment.

If they would have taken into consideration that I checked in so late at 3am after I told them to waive the 30 min extra I stayed bearing in mind that I booked the night for only $50 and it was not morally correct to charge almost half of the nightly rate for 30 min..if anything I would have been more glad to pay $30 for an additional night.and called in the morning to ask a young lady if I could stay one more hour to rest 1 more hour they said ok...but I fell asleep 30 more min and was deducted $20 from my deposit...

The front desk guy overnight tried to help to the best of his ability... I was unfortunately checked in at 3am. But it was not the guys fault
