Location of the hotel. Way to overpriced. No pool or jacuzzi in the hotel. Staff was to simple and not to friendly. Will look for something more family oriented next time.

parking was included, location to my event, for a one night stay was good. it was better then I thought honestly. had a 2 queen, it was 2 bedrooms so that was neat! blow dryer was not working, called them if they had one and they did at front office!

The reception desk is not very organized and could not handle with European credit cards. I had to pay in cash because of this.

The hotel room is cleaned every day and everything there was working fine, except for the safe.

Unfortunately the staff was rather rude. After the first night, our keycard stopped working so we had to return to the office to get a new one and the manager was very rude. About 15 minutes before checkout the manager called our room and was incredibly rude about checking out on time, even though we had another 15 minutes. The television in the room had incredibly limited channels so it is best to bring alternative activities if you’ll be in the room for a while. There was also no ice machine or outside facilities, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall the staff could have been much nicer.

The room itself was very clean, very modern, spacious, and well designed! The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was designed well, there was a good sized refrigerator and microwave, as well as a safe and a television. The location is nice for easy access to attractions, and it is tucked away on a little side street. The price was fair for the room and location.

Not quiet - can hear people in the rooms next door and also people walking past. Door wasn’t fully sealed at the bottom. Bed very squeaky.

If you need a last minute room, this will do.

Our room had 2 separate rooms. We wanted a room with 2 queens but didn't expect to be in separate rooms. Never seen anything like it. Overall we were still happy.

Great location, friendly staff - and overall good accommodation. bathrooms fully refurbished , and nice spacey rooms. the carpet is the on;y minus, they really need replacing - but as said overall good value for money, and i can recommend the hotel

Due to Blvd traffic it was noisy—lots of foot traffic as well. Noise foot noises from upper rooms. No HBO just local stations on TV.

the room was not what I expected some parts of the wall needed to be repainted very dusty The bed made a lot of noise when we would lay down or sit on it and the floor was messed up and we could hear the people in the next room our room definitely did not look like the pictures on here we had to suck it up and stay the night because everywhere else was sold out in the area that we needed to stay.

Hotel is right off the main street so it was not very quiet. There were virtually amenities in the room, not even tissues or enough tp. The tv and internet connection was spotty and didnt work most of the time. There was hair in the shower drain and the carpet edge by the bathroom had staples or something that were sharp. The phone was old and we couldn't figure out how to contact the front desk. There is not enough parking for everyone at the hotel so when we got in late one night, we had to find parking on the street and walk.

Location was near many local attractions, restaurants and landmarks. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The man at the front desk was nice.
