Privacy is compromised as the curtains are not good enough, sound of neighbours very clear. And its bit costly.

Coffee packs weren't enough for the entire stay. Some cooking stuff was old and worn.

The app for the laundry room did not work for us. But we were able to use the washer and dryer thanks to help from housekeeping. So all was not lost.

The location was good. Public transportation was available on Franklin Blvd. Ralphs, Marshalls, are located on Western Blvd, and a 15 to 20 minute bus ride away. Parts of Hollywood Walk of Fame can be reach by walking 10 to 15 minutes on Gower street from Franklin Blvd.

Would have liked a warmer pool to dip in Could have more kitchen utensils, knives, forks, spoons, Dish detergent, Shampoos, etc , toilet tissue were supplied but not enough for 12 days

The soundproofing isn’t great so you can hear footsteps of the neighbors plus the noise outside from the cars. On one of the last nights we had some plumbing issues with the toilet/tub and couldn’t use the bathroom for about 12 hours whilst we waited for the plumber. But Joseph was quick in responding and arranging the plumber for us.

The location was perfect and super close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is super spacious, clean and has all the amenities we needed plus more than what we expected. Overall the apartment was really great!

The property was as described. It had parking and a place to lay our heads. There is a nice diner within walking distance. Close proximity to getting around.

We would have liked another set of bed linen. Couldn’t get the oven to work but didn’t use it. Also couldn’t get the heater working in the bedroom.

A great location for us as our family live close by. Very spacious and clean. Great parking at the rear of the building. Would stay again!

The experience wasn’t so great. First night we had issues with window blinds and bedroom AC. In the midnight, the AC started dripping water disturbing our sleep and wetting the floor. We were asked not to use the AC for the next three days. We would have appreciated, if someone had looked into it and fixed them during our stay.

The apartment was comfy and location was good. Joseph was very prompt in responding to our queries over text messages. We appreciate their responsiveness.

An early check-in was not available, leading to some inconvenience as the check-in was quite late at 16hrs. Laundry system works only with an America creditcard! This was very inconvenient and annoying. No other option was available. Host suggested me to contact the laundry company, which I did, but they couldnt help and also the host didn't provide such an card or solution to use the laundry. So we couldn't wash our cloths the whole week! Very inconvenient. Also no wipes were available for floor cleaning.

Instruction with codes for check-in were sent on time and instructions were clear. In the first instruction one code was missing, this was sent after my mail quite soon. Contact with host through sms during the stay, was also fine. Stayed with parent in November. Room was spacious. It was clean. All amenities in kitchen, including stove. Good studio. Few stairs front and back side of the apartment (if you are on ground floor), no elevator. Didnt use the swimming pool. And the Hollywood sign can be clearly seen from the back street!

The window blinds are not very effective at darkening the room (especially as the lighting for the walkways is very bright). Black out curtaining would be significantly more effective.

Woke up early to loud construction going on in the walkway outside my front door. Floors and walls of the building were very thin. Had a neighbor knock on the ceiling to complain about my noise, when I wasn’t making much noise at all. I could hear other neighbors a lot. Also, I would’ve liked to have used the pool - but it was filthy(water looked murky, and the bottom floor of the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time- and the pool furniture was dirty.

Great location. Close to Franklin village, but far enough from downtown Hollywood that it’s relatively quiet. Apartment was well furnished, had dish ware for eating meals, big tv, great a/c. Well secured building with a locked carport.

A bit noisy due to thin walls and it lacked blackout curtains in the bedroom. AC system was a bit outdated, but worked properly (even though a bit noisy).

The size, location and furbishment of the apartment. It also had a good patio/pool area to hangout in. The bed was king size and quite comfortable. The apartment had a smart tv which gave access to a lot of movies and tv series for free.

Code to enter building didn’t work. Eventually a person from inside let us and another group in. As per the info sheet, tried to let Joseph know we had arrived. No answer. Told to try later. no answer or way to leave message with manager so we never met him/her, so we didn’t know whom to leave keys with. Sofa, where one of us slept, extremely uncomfortable— big indentations from overuse. Floodlights outside made it so light inside that it was never dark enough for sleep, even with blinds. Plug in tub difficult to make function.

Location was great. Apartment itself was lovely. Pool was too cold for me, but granddaughter enjoyed it.
