The hotel was too noisy and breakfast was not good. The room was not clean and no change of towels. No maids came to clean the room and no change of towel at all. The Internet was very weak or not working at all. No locks on the windows.

The bed was ok, location was not bad it was in the middle of Hollywood. Transport was very good to get around the area and there was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and clothes stores.

Room had no closet rod, no mircrowave and no refridgerator when we arrived. Room door was "fixed" by locksmith the day after we arrived but we got locked in our room for 30 minutes with the front desk clerk and had to call the fire department to come let us out. Happened again the morning we left, but by then I had the front desk # in my phone.

Poor part was the facilities which were not working properly such as toilet. The bath had flies and breakfast was just coffee, milk ,and kids cereal.

I didn’t like that the bed frames was not connected for the bed, the counter right under the tv had crumbs on the top. The towel situation was ridiculous. When asked for towels extra towels because we take showers and didn’t want to reuse the same towel, they hassled me. When checked Into the room there was hair in the corner of the sink and in the restroom, there was a small amount of toilet paper looked like it’s been used. The shower knob fell off and didn’t stay on. It was broken. The shower walls were not clean at all. And the water from the sink ran out really slow overall, it could have been better. And i was not satisfied with my stay

I like the photos when I booked the room because I thought that I was going to get a good deal.

It’s extremely noisy. The rooms are old. 2 of ours had cockroaches in it (we had 3 rooms). Very difficult to sleep here due to people constantly coming and going. Fairly certain they rent rooms by the hour considering what we heard above us every night.

The location is ok if you want to be in Hollywood, although I wouldn’t recommend it.

I think the hotel just need a better breakfast, then it will be excellent.WiFi very slow. Recurrent arguments at the reception with some of clients was a bit disturbing, especially for our kids. They were always scared every time they hear people talking loud down stairs.

Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean .Breakfast was extremely disappointing,almost none, it needs to be improved.

Everything else, the breakfast was just cereal and they didn’t mention parking fee’s. We weren’t able to take a minute more on leaving or we would be charged a fee .

The walls are thin and you here people having sex. There was violence in one of the rooms and it took a long time to sort things out - a lot of shouting. My card did not work properly.

The hotel is located right in the center of Hollywood and all turist attractions are easy accesible from here with the bus.

the room has smell, and its really bad. There’s no shampoo, conditioner and lotion that is pretty standard. Only has 2 towels that is super thin, we asked for 2 more since there’s 4 people in our reservation. only has 2 pillow on each bed and its super thin, the headboard is not properly attached so it creates noice. Toilet bowl are not fix it wiggle the only good thing bout it is that its walking distance to walk of fame.

Their policies for checking inn and checking out how they try to not give back the 40 cash deposit and how they wake u up to make sure ur gonna check out at 11am sharp and how they gave me a dirty room by mistake so I had to go request a new room.

I really disliked all the small little fees for everything. Extra for this. Extra for that. All appliances were disconnected and the AC unit hits right to the bed which made it hard to sleep. Plus the AC unit kept having weird glitches. They also give you the oldest looking grey towels and careful they might walk in your room. When I checked in and out , others seem very upset at front desk ppl.

Location is the only thing keeping this alive and maybe the "low" price. Room looked decent but once you look closer you'll find a lot of things questionable.
