The back stairs are terrifying, no way they are up to code. Also would like a little more information after booking about when to expect to get more direction for checking in etc. We didn't get any that information til like maybe an hour before check in.

It was cheap and in a nice area of town. Quiet too. Appreciated the plastic on the mattress while not a pleasant sound it is reassuring that it is clean and no bugs. Would book again. Again it's under 100 dollars so overall I'm happy.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING good luck with the parking situation. There's a few apps you can use to find parking, there's some places you can park on general streets but it's a bit of a walk.

Great price, safe neighborhood, great location. I'm definitely coming back here again.

It was quite dirty, there was a burn hole on the one blanket we were given, there was dust on most services and there was jelly beans under the bed and the desk. We never had jelly beans so they had to be from previous guests

I was not informed that there was no parking on the street and got a ticket. Also at 6 or 7 am there was a dog that woke me up by barking for my last 2 nights

I have to give a lower score for cleanliness, only because of the kitchen area. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we got in, and I also found some not-so-clean dishes in the cupboards. There weren't a lot of things in the cupboards/drawers, so I just put it all in the dishwasher and ran it on hot. There were knives, but no forks or spoons, and a coffee maker but no filters; we borrowed from our son who lives nearby. If these things were taken care of, I would give all good ratings.

Located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the bus line. We booked the room with the private bath, and it was more space than we had expected, with an eat-in kitchen and little sitting area, plus the roomy bedroom and bathroom. Great little apartment for the money!

We heard an animal in the wall, specifically we heard chewing and scrabbling noises. Our best guess is that it is a rodent of some sort.

No water to drink, no kitchen, just a bedroom and a shared washroom. Looks good but these basics things as water or coffee needs to provided for the amount being charged.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and a couple different bus stops. It's much better than a hostel. The people were friendly.

There was an odd burnt chemical odor upon entering the unit every time, and I was unable to figure out where it was coming from. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, and I like firm beds, so that's saying alot...haha. The photos on the site showed a couch/love seat in the living area and also listed it on the amenities. There was no couch and only 2 very uncomfortable dining chairs where I would assume it had been. If my friend had actually come to stay with me( I paid for 2 guests) he would have had to sleep in the bed with me and not on the couch like he had planned. I had an issue with the Roku TV/WiFi that was quite annoying (occurred 2 separate times and different people - I assume other guests) - I was watching a program when all of a sudden the screen began logging a random person into YouTubeTV. I had to completely shut down the TV to make it stop, and messaged the manager about it. I never heard anything back. There were 2 TVs in the unit, but only one remote for the one in the bedroom and no way to use the on in the living area.

Location of this property was excellent. Price I paid for the unit was excellent. Neighborhood was excellent. I was in town for a concert and to visit a friend, so this property was chosen for proximity to both. The direction for access were excellent, the unit was clean, although the ceiling fan was pretty dusty (I didn't need it, but wouldn't have been able to due to allergy if I had.) Seems a bit odd, however, that there were 3 bottles of shampoo and NO conditioner in the bathroom. (I don't use shampoo and did bring my own toiletries, but this is listed as an amenity) I was satisfied overall with my stay, and if I return to visit this area of town, I would stay here again.

It could have been a little bit cleaner, the dishes specifically weren’t really clean enough, we washed them before using them. We also wished there had been some extra blankets in the room.

The location was great and there was metered parking very close by. It was easy to get in touch with the property when I had questions. Our room was nice and we felt very safe!

The drinking water ran out in the kitchen the first day. Another resident used kitchen in the middle of the night and woke me up a couple times. Would have been great if there was a blow dryer available. If there were blackout curtains on the window, that would have been the icing on the cake to be able to sleep in while traveling.

Beautiful neighborhood. Nice view out the window. Pretty comfortable bed and pillow. Great water pressure and heating. Check-in and out was easy.
