I had absolutely no soap in my shower, which was unfortunate because I was traveling for work. So to take a shower without soap was upsetting. I also took a picture to show there was nothing in the dispenser.

I checked in very late, so I appreciated that it was very well lit and welcoming.

Breakfast totally disgusting from couple tbsp of grounds in coffee, completely spoiled banana, English muffin sandwich was brick hard. Ugh

There was a musty/very old smoke smell in the room. Enough that I went out and bought an air freshener.

The room was massive. I ended up getting an accessible room, so there was ample space. The kitchenette was fantastic to have, since I'm not a morning person and missed the hotel breakfast times.

Room 313 had a window blind that looked like it was out of a %39.95 motel. It was in VERY bad condition. For me the room was over priced as I did not need the kitchen. This is written in the wrong spot, it should be in the next spot.

The business area computer was not working for the entire period we were there. I believe the note of apologies taped on the screen has been there for a while. Annoying...

Remote, quiet location, but still easy access to highway and not far from downtown. Proximity to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast area is pretty small, especially when the hotel is full, but food is varied and fresh, plenty of choices.

When we arrived, our kitchen area was sticky, with a serving dish (dirty) left in the dishwasher. Rest of suite was pretty clean. Would have been nice to have a table where two people could eat meals together--as it was, one of us sat at the sofa and ate at the coffee table, the other used the desk and chair. Lots of choices for breakfast, but not enough healthy items.

Since we were visiting Pittsburgh North for a week, appreciated having the full kitchen (with dishes and utensils, dish soap, paper towels, etc. but no pots/pans). Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. The exercise room and free laundry were a bonus. Downtown was an easy 20-30 minute drive in one direction; North Park/Hampton/Gibsonia/Hartwood about the same. Trader Joe's and a variety of restaurants within walking distance; Giant Eagle a few minutes away by car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a discrepancy in our final bill and staff/manager were helpful and professional.

we stay at home2suites a lot (HH members) this one felt worn out and for some reason the breakfast didn’t seem to have it together. we also stay at hampton inns and the breakfast is so much nicer!

Breakfast was not as good as it was in another H2Suites. Oatmeal had no toppings available, as I need to eat glutenfree, there were just a few options. Plain yoghurt and fruits were missing, and all the cups and plates were made of plastic. I would love to see more sustainability, not only with the towels.

I was a little surprised that the standards are not the same at all H2Suites. The staff at breakfast was very nice and explained almost everything.

Relied on business center computer and equipment. Was inoperable for entire week at property. Had to rent a computer to get work done.

Lisa was outstanding. Rest of staff was blah. Not very warm or welcoming. But Lisa made the entire visit worth it. She should teach customer service to the rest of the front desk staff, including supervisors.

Breakfast has gone from good to very good since we first stayed here still a few more fresh and healthier choices would be nice. However, the waffles are excellent- probably the best we have had at a free hotel breakfast.

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast manager was helpful and interested in making sure everyone was well feed. Household staffer on our floor did an excellent job keeping the room clean.
