It would have been nice if there was an extra set of sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch. The occasional loud neighbor that could be heard through the walls. There was a liquor store on one corner that led to some panhandling.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well lit. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, soap & sponge, paper towels, trash bags, a Keurig and some coffee pods. The bathroom came with shampoo and body wash. The pull out couch was easy to use and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The balcony was screened in and the view overlooking the city was nice. The building is located two blocks from a CVS, Starbucks, and several restuarants. Centennial Park is nearby with the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola World, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that there is no free parking & also ppl stand outside of the building all night

I did not like that there wasn't any sugar or creamer for the coffee. I forgot to pack my own, and it would have been nice for a cup of coffee.

It is always rare to find short stay rentals that match description/photos displayed in reality. This unit was neat, and with essential amenities. Host was great and was kind enough to let me check out late as my conference ended at 4pm. Just something to take note of is that the building does not have a parking spot and the heat/cooling system is centralized.

If you are older or of larger size, this is not the room for you. The bathroom facilities, while adequate are a tight squeeze. The bed is on the floor. It made it difficult to get up from it, especially with the wooden frame surrounding the mattress.

The condo is beautiful. The building is secure. The full kitchen and private balcony are such a treat to have. I enjoyed my stay.

I loved this property. The photos matched the listing which was such a relief. The enclosed patio was the true star of this listing. I loved the time spent out there journaling and feeling the breeze. The bed was super comfy and the water from the shower was warm. All the things you need to feel at home was also there. Fridge, microwave, kitchen table, tv, coffee maker, etc. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about this space!

The apartment was very clean. It’s a very nice apartment. The property was located in a very convenient location for my family’s needs. We were on a few days stay and it was in walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium and Olympic Park. The elevators are the fastest I’ve ever been on and the staff were all very friendly.

nothing everything was perfect

really nice big condo downtown Atlanta with nice views from the balcony. place is huge for a one bedroom and is equipped with everything you need. check in was smooth. walking distance to both the hawks and falcons stadiums. lots of restaurants and bars close by. close to the train for commuting. loved Kazeems place and Atlanta and will definitely stay again 10/10

Description listed it as having 1 queen bed, 1 futon and 1 sofa bed but there was no sofa bed. Parking has no in/out privileges so I had to get a refund on the 2 consecutive days I paid for and pay for parking a few hours at the time.
