Where do I start. I spent over $1700 on this trip for my family. It was for a graduation. The property was mostly clean but the real issue was the constant marijuana smell in the hallways on every floor as well as the lobby. One of my married daughters is pregnant and this made her very nauseous for the whole time that we were there. No one did anything about it. Furthermore, in two of the rooms the blind system did not work. So they had to sleep with the windows open and blankets draped over to take out the light and to have some modicum of privacy. I generally don't leave such terrible reviews. But this place was just beyond the pale. With the amount of money that I spent I would have expected and appreciated more. Very disappointed. Thanks for could have been a lot nicer.

There is a serious lack of keeping the hotel clean! The floor of the breakfast area (which is also the lobby) was really dirty - even in the early morning hours! The furniture was dirty, too. The hotel room was not properly cleaned. The cleaners don’t pay attention to the detail but only make it look clean on a first impression level. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom. The towels came with “complimentary” hair of previous guests. I did stay here before but won’t come back. The quality has been seriously going downhill!

the staff lied and said we were smoking in one of our rooms and we wasn’t then said my daughter broke a refrigerator and she didn’t just a bunch of lies! Currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office because they really trying to keep our deposit because there staff is lazy asf!

stayed during a blizzard in Buffalo NY the hotel only had 1/2 power and no working generator our room was cold, we had no hot water and only 1/2 electricity. To go up and downstairs we had to walk through dark hallways and stairways. I went back and forth and to try to get at least 1/2 the stay refunded with no response. would NEVER stay here again!

The staff was terrible. I was charged a total of three different times totaling over $1,100 on my credit card that literally held up funds on my account until resolved. I showed the staff the mistake and they had no interest in explaining or fixing the problem. When I entered the room it literally smelled like feces. I went to the desk to tell them and was offered a can of Lysol. I checked out a day early from my room and was told I would be refunded $167 however never saw that. I ended up checking into another hotel for less money and that establishment was much nicer. Over all the experience was horrible I will never go to another Home2Suites and will never recommend.

I liked how close I was to where I held my business meeting.

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They were always smiling. They made the whole stya very smooth and comfortable. Location is excellent. Mall was so close. The fire pit was also nice addition to the whole place.

The power shade in the bedroom did not work and was not repaired during our stay which was ten days.

The brekkie is not as good as usual. Used to enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and they have changed. Juice and muffins were really too sweet for our liking. Room looked a little run down and had a musty feel to it.
