Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FINALLY! A Hilton hotel that lived up to the name and expectations of being part of the well-known chain. It was clean, well-lit, modern amenities, great staff, great breakfast. Excellent workstation in my room and the setup was well thought-out.

United StatesThey only had 3 towels and one washcloth, but had ample hand towels. Not a problem though really.
The location is perfect for so many things. We also really like the size of the king suite. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen area is very nice and has a large refrigerator as well as a dishwasher and dishes. The breakfast was really good and the waffles were awesome. You also can enjoy fresh fruit, granola bars, juices, yogurt, bagels, muffins,as well as very nice breakfast sandwiches., etc. We will never stay anywhere else now that we have found this gem!!!

So helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Felt like a normal hotel experience pre Covid. Self serve breakfast and all. Kids loved the pool.

United StatesNo towels were available for our party of 5. We were only given wash cloths. Our bathroom door was broken - wouldn’t close. There were stains all over sofa (cushions and mattress). no sheets provided and bed was disgusting. bathroom was filthy. stained bathtub and toilet. so disappointed in this entire stay.
The staff was pleasant.
