Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Great service, loved the mini market they had at the front desk, plenty to eat in case you missed dinner. Lots of snacks and drinks to buy. The breakfast was good, the waffle batter they used was excellent.

The hotel was nice and the shuttle from the hotel to the mall was very convenient , the staff are very nice with people always greeting everyone I will definitely stay again.

We accidentally went to the wrong Home2 in Bloomington first and the person who was working there was absolutely terrible. She was flippant and dismissive of us and we had just driven over 12 hours from Ohio on Mother's Day. Then we drove to the correct location and Maggie at the front desk was 180 Degrees different and welcoming and full of quick information. This location by the mall is run exceptionally and the employees seem to really like being there for work.

I like that was stuff to do in the hotel after hours. pool table, games, lots of nooks and seating in the lobby. The fitness room is excellent. The free breakfast is top notch and free coffee 24 hours.
