The detergent used on the bedding stinks. It should be scent free.

I did not like the breakfast. It is pre-made, reheated processed food.

We had a small car accident on the way to the hotel, and that meant we were going to be really late getting in, past the latest time to check in. We called and let the hotel know, and they asked first if we were ok, then they let me know that they would hold the room until we got there safe and sound. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Overpriced. Like seriously, way overpriced.

Every single person I talked to at the front desk, especially the first guy upon our arrival (Wednesday June 14), were super nice, personable and professional. I also appreciated that the room was really clean, which in reality is the only thing that really matters.

nothing One day I say one of the staff being short when talking to customer, it was kinda rude. They never spoke to us that way & they were busy, but still unnecessary.

Room was great. Large with full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & utensils. It was clean, housekeeping by request, shuttle to mall and airport. Walk to the mall was quick and easy, 8-10 minute walk. They have a nice game area and good breakfast.

staff Room shuttle location

Short Walking distance to Mall of America. Plus free shuttle to the Mall of America every 30 mins and also to airport. This Hotel has it going on. Excellent location for exploring the city. Large room with extended stay room. plus parking was free ($30-$40 for most hotels per night) staff was top notch. Free breakfast was excellent not just pastry’s and fruit. Our first time to this city and we are beyond grateful we booked here!

I did get a paper about the free wifi but I couldn't log it at all bit I didn't make the effort to ask because I was out most of the time and I kept forgetting. Oh well.

From the moment we entered we were greater with beautiful smiles and wonderful personalities/professionalism. They took care of us and were very patient with me(I had to use the restroom the moment I got there and they told me where to go and were so nice and courteous to wait for me). They explained everything in detail minus the free Wi-Fi. It was my fault I could have asked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I go back!

Only issues: no fan in bathroom and bed too hard overall

Friendly front desk staff. Very spacious and clean. Nice to have full kitchen. Appreciated the shuttle to MOA as well as the pool table and connection to bowling/pizza. I would recommend and would stay again if needed

housekeepers was a little rude, asked for an additional garage bag because my child got sick and threw up. housekeeper told me no because she already gave me two bags.

the location was great ! target ,walmart was about 5 minutes away, mall of america literally up the street. had a lot of options for breakfast. breakfast is also included in your stay. they also have a play area for the kiddos as well.

I was bummed there wasn’t a hot tub in the pool area, but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

The motel was very clean with a modern feel. I loved how our room (2 queen w/ sofa bed) had a curtain to separate the sofa bed from the other beds. I also loved having a full sized fridge, actual dishes, and dishwasher. The room was very spacious. Also love how this property is pet friendly.

The pillows! Finally a Hotel with GOOD pillows.😍 The staff was super nice and attentive. Coffee was always ready with Real cream as well as artificially flavors if thats your thing. Also for being so close to Airport the noise was not too bad.

Our only concern was the pool area. The flooring in there isn't textured and it is so slick. We saw multiple people almost fall.

The location is great. We didn't know about the shuttle to the mall until we got there--great perk! We had a double queen suite with a fold out couch which was perfect for our family of 5. The main lobby area had pool, games, etc to keep the kids busy.

I did get three different sets of instructions from three different staff members about the shuttle protocol, which was a bit frustrating.

The layout of the room worked great for our family of 4. Loved the shuttle service to the mall. I didn't even realize there was an entertainment complex attached to the hotel property! Bowling and pizza for our last night there.

The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options for those who don’t eat pork or meat. There wasn’t enough fresh fruit options and the waffles were not available which not being able to eat pork and my children not eating meat it was hard to enjoy the breakfast and I had to buy breakfast. Also no hot tub. I saw it had a pool and assumed it had a hot tub but it didn’t.

I loved the lobby area with family friendly activities! staff was very nice, helpful and professional. The shuttle services is really great for those who may want to drive and deal with parking at the mall.
