We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesA little more effort should go into cleaning the rooms,, especially vacuuming the rooms and having available bedding for sofa bed in room. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bunch of trash and dust where under the sofa is. After seeing that, made me feel a little iffy of the cleanliness of the entire room.
Room & indoor pool were great. Loved the mini kitchen area in the room, Great for families. Located in a great area in the town of Clovis, NM. Next to food, Walmart & Starbucks. Clean facility all around and 24 hour front desk! Breakfast was good, waffles were delicious.

The size and cleanliness of the room was great. I liked that when I checked in the heat was on for me in my room and it was comfortable. I only had one interaction with staff and that was when I checked in. We were only able to have breakfast on one of the mornings, it was good. Most of our stay was spent at families homes so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

PolandThere were an inconvenient because we were charged 40 $ more than we should pay. After a couple of days and many mails and calls the hotel give us 20$ back but we still don't have the rest. It's just ridicoulus that old-established firm have problem with 20 $! I'm seriously considering staying at Hilton hotels in the future.

United StatesMy daughter cut her foot in the pool, the steps to get in the pool were extremely sharp! When we first arrived the man at the front desk could not even find my reservation and all he could tell me was to call booking.com to figure it out. After 45 minutes he just "found" my reservation, it was extremely frustrating because kids were ready to get settled in the room. Our room had dirty dishes in the sink.
