A little more effort should go into cleaning the rooms,, especially vacuuming the rooms and having available bedding for sofa bed in room. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bunch of trash and dust where under the sofa is. After seeing that, made me feel a little iffy of the cleanliness of the entire room.

Room & indoor pool were great. Loved the mini kitchen area in the room, Great for families. Located in a great area in the town of Clovis, NM. Next to food, Walmart & Starbucks. Clean facility all around and 24 hour front desk! Breakfast was good, waffles were delicious.

the room was amazing, it was clean and a big room the only thing was there was a trash can under the sink and it was still full of trash from the previous guests when we checked in.

Great place, clean and quiet. Staff is amazing. We never eat at those "free breakfast" hotels. Did this time because the choices were amazing and the woman running it (Sonny) was one of the best employees I have ever seen at any establishment. She deserves a huge raise.

All the staff was extremely kind, helpful and attentive (Stormy stands out for being so helpful with the food and finding a tray I could use to bring breakfast to my wife, she wanted to make sure our stay was great). The rooms were gorgeous and well kept.

When we pulled up the information about the hotel, it states the hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. The facility does not have an outside pool.

The size and cleanliness of the room was great. I liked that when I checked in the heat was on for me in my room and it was comfortable. I only had one interaction with staff and that was when I checked in. We were only able to have breakfast on one of the mornings, it was good. Most of our stay was spent at families homes so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

There were an inconvenient because we were charged 40 $ more than we should pay. After a couple of days and many mails and calls the hotel give us 20$ back but we still don't have the rest. It's just ridicoulus that old-established firm have problem with 20 $! I'm seriously considering staying at Hilton hotels in the future.

My daughter cut her foot in the pool, the steps to get in the pool were extremely sharp! When we first arrived the man at the front desk could not even find my reservation and all he could tell me was to call booking.com to figure it out. After 45 minutes he just "found" my reservation, it was extremely frustrating because kids were ready to get settled in the room. Our room had dirty dishes in the sink.
