Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen we checking out the person didn’t say anything to us he was still visiting coworker and you usually they will say how’s your stay and nothing like that I just give him the key card and he didn’t say nothing. When they post online good variety breakfast it wasn’t how online was so we were disappointed about it and the plates were dirty and didn’t look they were clean. When I asked the lady question and she ignore me and when back and didn’t ask if I need anything nothing. I asked after were do you put plates she didn’t say anything and she pointed there’s no communication or smiling and I felt a good amount of money and they didn’t even care about anything like how your stay with us I hope to see you in the future anything so we we’re disappointed.
The lady who helps us she was awesome and amazing and she was asking us how is hot tub and she actually talk to me not ignoring us asking questions and we talk about 49ers we both fans of 49ers and we like Brock Purdy so it was awesome. I hope she gets raise because she did an amazing job and had good communication with me. Her name was Addie.

Went down to Iowa City for a few days. Just a different area.for getaway..walked into hotel. Very vibrant. Cleaned. Service was very prompt. Had very good manners .polite. Got into room. so inviting. Clean .everything you would like. Fromm bed couch kitchen. Nice walk in shower. Fantastic place. Breakfast line up from waffles to oatmeal. Plenty to chose from. Coffee well stocked from different sugars and creamer. Thanks for making us feel at home. Plenty of parking too.

United StatesWhen we arrived, there were 3 big dogs in the reception area. I asked for a no dog room and was informed that their policies have changed at home 2 suites. There are no longer no-dog rooms! Even with allergies, you best hope the room has been shampooed! I actually run a dog kennel at home, but never have I smelled dog feces inside my kennels! I keep them tiptop and even the puppies go out on their patios to go to the bathroom. I nicely asked the clerk to please come and smell our room. I then asked another worker after she refused. Yes, they ended up upgrading us to another room but it was not worth that hour of my time! Also, be reedy at breakfast for dogs within 5 ft of the food! Never again at home 2 suites! Hilton willl lose their good name very soon with this policy!
