Was booked for two nights but the staff made a mistake in the computer and made it only one. When they saw the error they wanted to charge an extra $359 instead and would not correct the error even though on the key card envelope it clearly stated 2 nights. So my husband and son had to drive 9 hours back to Ohio in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. Bad customer service

Booked this facility due to advertising indoor heated pool, and pool was ICE-COLD!!! Very disappointing for grandkids!!

Very good with great choices. Breakfast bowls, waffles, gravy, oatmeal... cereal beverages! Best ever breakfast bar. Fresh fruit!

We requested housekeeping twice and only received it the day before we checked out. Our total stay was 6 days and we needed toilet paper, towels, etc and had to keep asking over and over for service. It’s one of the worst we’ve stayed at. We always stay with home2 and have in multiple states multiple times. Never had this issue before. Very disappointed.

The room was NOT clean, much hair on the bathroom floor and behind the toilet on the shower floor. Microwave was NOT cleaned, hair on the pillows in the sofa sleeper bag (items must have been just placed back in the bag from last use). Hair on towels in bathroom. EXTREME dust on top of refrigerator and shelving units. Inside of the refrigerator was NOT wiped down. Bed looked as it had just been remade and sheets NOT changed. Was told by the front desk that they "would check the room". I am a QC inspector in housekeeping for a very large resort with locations across the USA, and none of this would be acceptable. You will see from just a few of the many photos I took.

They called us around 7:30pm to tell us they were overbooked and they moved us to another hotel. We almost had to pay the same price for a cheaper place until we confronted the desk clerk about it. We are sure they gave our room to someone who wanted to check in since we were a late check-in .

No bar. Very sterile atmosphere. My room smelled of smoke, I complained but not much resulted. There were things left in a drawer from a previous guest. The pool STANK.

I didn't like that I was charged for the room twice on two different cards and this hotel and booking.com have not made it right. I didn't like how two different people at the desk wanted to act like I was dumb and brushed me off about it!

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, and when someone finally appeared, he actually sneezed into his hands before handing us the room keys — no hand washing, no hand sanitizer— nothing. This would always have been problematic, but just as we were coming out of a pandemic, it was stunning.

We were on a college visit to ETSU, it was two parents and a teenager staying in the room. It opened very recently, so everything was shiny and new. We really appreciated the privacy curtain that divided the room.

The manager was really nice. Room was clean. Really good location.

I was charged twice because the first front desk clerk ignored me when I specifically said I paid before arrival so I was charged from Booking and charged from the hotel. The manager said he fixed it at checkout but I'm currently still waiting on the refund. Manager was exceptionally nice though about everything.

Nothing-everything was awesome!

Tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Property is well-kept and clean. Staff is amazing and front-end is exceptional! Lots of fun things to do with friends or family nearby including Bristol and Cherokee National Forest and Smokey Mountains area attractions. I liked the outdoor sitting area and pool. Also like that water was available in the lobby.

my daughter had a accident that day, we were not sure if we could make it, we tried calling booking and the hotel and neither one could help with a refund so we went on, we get there and someone had canceled our room. the room was not available so we had to go somewhere else and stay. I have been in contact with both and they both blame the other of why I have not gotten a refund and it’s been almost a month.

Only issue I had with my stay was for 2 days someone’s dog barked for hours on end. If you allow pets they should not be allowed to disturb other guest with constant barking.
