All was well. Except the sink in my room (107) had a clog and the water would not go down. and the garbage disposal did not work.

Very clean and quiet. My room was near the pool was nice and convenient. The pool was warm, and towels were provided. Complimentary water bottles were a bonus for me. Shuttle bus to local restaurants and stores was a nice touch. Nice size room quiet and near breakfast area. Nice variety of food. Everyone was super nice.

The only thing I would suggest is replacing the regular coffee maker with kuerig instead if the regular coffee maker kuerig so much. more convenient but as I said the coffee aroma from the lobby the coffee were very delicious.

Everything from the front desk help check in smooth the room were very clean I'm super picky met my expectations, I've been to some if these other over priced nightmares, but here the breakfast smelled awesome didn't get a chance to eat due to early engagements but the coffee was delicious I'll definitely be back.

First day the hot food was not rotated out when it got overly dried out from being in the warmer. Staff failed to replenish the waffle batter; my wife really wanted some waffles.

Location was great. I got the room I book. The room was great. Shower was OK but the doorway was a little narrow into the shower. Loved the larger than usual fridge and the dished already there. The breakfast was better the second day than the first.

Staff at front desk were helpful. We booked through a different website which didn’t have our room reserved so check in was frustrating. The front desk staff did everything to help during the above situation.

We were a little bummed that the hot tub was closed but weren't sure if it was due to COVID-19. Also would have been better if staff would have been wearing masks to protect the guests.

The facility was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional!! I couldn’t find the TV remote in my room so the front desk staff along with maintenance went to the room and looked high and low and couldn’t find it. They ended up giving us the remote from the front desk to use during our stay without hesitation. I know it’s not a big thing but it’s the little things that count the most! I definitely will stay here again and highly recommend it for others!!

Wish this type of hotel with price would have been closer to downtown. We got stuck downtown and had to pay super high Lyft price to get back at night .

For me it wasn’t a problem but this is next door to the airport so it’s going to require a drive to get where you likely want to go. Some restaurant choices in area but it’s a few miles. Breakfast unimpressive.
