Great facility! The staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated that pool towels were available for use. The room was huge with plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. It's close to everything in the Cities.

We got no sleep because the matress was so bad. Lumpy and sunk in the middle so we kept getting crammed together.

Most of the staff were very friendly but some were not so much. The pool was a little small and not heated.

The room was amazing. Lots of space and storage. The shower had high-quality soaps. The pool was nice, and so was the hot tub. Breakfast was good. The building was clean, and so was the parking lots. Good amount of handicapped parking.

The floors near the elevator were noticeably unattended to.

The breakfast is great and having the laundry was really helpful. The women's bathroom was fully stocked beyond expectations which was helpful too.

There was nothing I didn't like really about my stay other than the fact that the pool was a lil chilly but the hot tub made up for the bitter chill. Still.. it was worth it. There was a balance that I could settle for when in all honesty there's no such thing as perfection&was never looking for it. Our stay was comfortable.

The breakfast was exceptional. It was amazingly well. The staff were very helpful people they were really kind hearted and attentive with every matter&for me connection is key. I can totally appreciate good people&appreciate my visit there it was well worth the stay.

We asked for a complimentary cleaning and towel refresher after two days and were told twice, yes you are on the list but nothing was cleaned. We had to go exchange towels and get soap, all dispensers were empty when we arrived on Christmas. house cleaning staff knocked on our door a couple times each day starting at 8:30am over holiday and called about when we were leaving twice even though we were in all required timeframes and they never cleaned when we were outside the room from 11am until nighttime. very unusual.

The room was clean and roomy for my family of 6! it was quiet and in the location was right off the highway and close to shopping places. The staff was beyond kind and helpful!

Bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty, looked like blood stains on the pillow case. Staff did find us different pillows which was really appreciated. The sink did not drain well in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. The continental breakfast was all carbs, no hot items like eggs or meat.

Pretty room and the bed was comfortable. Patio area and fire tables were really nice.

Had to drive a ways to find anything open after 10 for food.

The room amenities were great- almost full kitchen ! Double shade system on windows created near blackout allowing for great "sleep-in" Very quiet also !

No meat/eggs at breakfast. Rooms were not well soundproofed for upstairs neighbors, very noisy (loud footsteps late into the night) and I had a loud and inconsiderate neighbor. The pillows were thin and small. A bit awkward to get to from the freeway.

Clean, maintained, newer property. Very friendly staff. Road noise was non-existent. Fair prices. Rooms were modern and well-designed.
