Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSome staff seemed disinterested. I waited for the shuttle at the airport… it didn’t show up at the planned time and one of the other hotel shuttle drivers was kind enough to give me a ride. I also had to go to another hotel to get detergent. Wish there were better vegetarian options for breakfast.. egg and cheese sandwich or scrambled eggs would have been great.
Room was VERY NICE and clean and everything worked. I loved the room. The ice machine on my floor was broken, though. I appreciated the self service laundry. Miguel & Depecha were very helpful. Thank you for allowing pets.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Have everything you need in the room- fridge, microwave, mini kitchen, closet. Basically a mini apartment.

PolandThe hotel is very close to the Newark International Airport so it was perfect for me since I had a late flight in. It worked wonderfully for me. The room was surprisingly big, well-equipped with amenities - they might come in handy for those staying longer than just one night. Also the commute to Manhattan is unproblematic. The breakfast was humble but still varied. It was all I needed and expected.

United StatesI didn't like that housekeeping didn't speak English well and so trying to get help from needed something simple as a washcloth cause I didn't have any washclothes and only 2 towels for a 5 day stay. Even after I called the front desk the housekeeper came up and cleaned my room and still only left 2 towels. I had to leave my room and go to the front desk to get washclothes.
My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in any place other than my own but I felt comfortable and was able to sleep without a problem. It was not alot of noise from other guests. The staff was very helpful with any questions that I had.

United StatesI wish I were joking, but I am not being funny— you will nearly get killed trying to get to and get out of this hotel; very poorly placed in terms of ingress and egress! You have to cut across two lanes of aggressive New Jersey traffic in the space of about 2 seconds just to make it to the entrance. Leaving requires that same impossible feat but cutting across two lanes trying to make it to the fast lane in 2 seconds. In my case, it was raining, visibility was poor, and I had kids in the car. Very poorly located. It was the most stressful part of the stay.
Hiltons are always solid choices in Hotels; this one had all the standards: coffee all day, a nice hot breakfast, clean, stylish room.
