I had to find an ATM just to get cash to use the hotel's change machine to wash some things. I think that process could be improved by the hotel. A pet peeve of mine is using sinks with faucets that don't extend over the sink bowl enough. Something very small and probably petty that most people might not think of. But that was one of my issues with the bathroom. Another would be the sliding door for the private bathroom in my room didn't have a handle on either side, nor did it lock. The door also had something smeared on it. Nothing major and could've been from a cleaning product. There was a cabinet open upon our arrival with a comforter set bag and comforter in it. My family didn't enjoy the beds much. My wife and I slept on the bed while our son had the pull out bed. I thought the bed was fine. My family and I sanitize and wipe down rooms before we unpack, so it's no big deal.

I liked everything for the most part. The sliding privacy curtain wasn't expected and came in handy. I can't speak on the towels or dishes in the room because I, for the most part, dont use hotel towels or dishes. But the dishes looked clean. The fridge was clean, as was the sink and countertop. I never opened the dishwasher, so I can't speak on it. I never checked any drawers either.

Our room could have been cleaner. Shower was full of black hair. No coffee was stocked for coffee pot. Couch bed was full of food crumbs.

The shower is poor - not so much the shower head but the floor. The water easily rolls onto the floor and makes a mess of the bathroom floor requiring the towels to mop it up. The pool could be warmer as well. Breakfast was mediocre

The tile floor at entry and the sink in the small kitchen were not clean! There were smudges on the carpet and closet handles. We could hear the the footsteps upstairs, even the phone vibrations at night when it’s quiet! But the noise didn’t really bother us at night since we were so tired every night!

The room is a great size for 2! The beds are comfortable. The small kitchen with microwave, fridge and utensils are great additions. The staffs are friendly! We like the location, close to freeway and to some nice restaurant and grocery store. The breakfast has good selections and the coffee is good too!

Everything was great from start of our stay to end. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Our rool was absolutely great and a wonderfully clean and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was amazing and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bathroom lighting was too bright. Shower valve was hard to operate. Bathroom door was difficult to operate. Egg dishes were stale and tables were not clean at breakfast.
