Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesOn arrival the clerk at the desk assisted us promptly. Once we got to our room, we notice that the clean seal was broken and upon opening the door it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk and informed the same person that gave us the room. Her reply was "sorry we are all booked". Mind you, I made this reservation 4 days prior which I also remind her of. She then proceeds to tell me she is working alone but will try to find someone to clean it. Try? This was very unacceptable considering we are still in pandemic and I know this is not the policy. During this time a line began to form with guests checking in and I stepped aside so she could assist them also to see if they would be offered a room. One guest was offered a room I then asked the employee was she sure the hotel was booked. At that point I was offered another room on the very clean and quiet third floor. Our original room was on the second floor which was very loud.
We really liked the area. Since we were traveling from out of state being near the highway was great. Our second room was clean and the floor we were on was very quiet. The staff preparing breakfast were very kind and welcoming. The morning staff as well as a male manager were very friendly and helpful. For those reasons I would stay again if in the area.

United StatesThe suite was unbelievable - from full kitchen, to pull-out sofa, to movable desk/table, to ottoman, to rolling desk chair, to the blackout rolling shade! Breakfast was absolutely beyond expectations. The pool area was clean, and the exercise room and laundry was a bonus. All staff were helpful and up-beat. Value far exceeded the price paid - we'll be back.

It was very clean and close to the interstate. And a big plus was that it's pet friendly!! Although we didn't use the lobby area, we noticed the pool table and large areas to play cards or whatever!

United StatesIt would have been a 10, but we forgot a few items in the hotel (a few swimsuits in the shower- our fault) and called the hotel a few hours later to ask if they were there, and they said they couldn't find them anywhere. It is really disappointing that in 3 hours they could go completely missing.
The breakfast was great, the common areas were so fun, very kid friendly, price on booking.com was awesome!

United StatesService. Cleanliness. Policy that allows employees to place your essential items on the floor. The staff and being called a 2nd class citizen. Also I believe employees need nametags.
Breakfast was great. The main lobby and pool area were quite enviting. Although it was comfortable didnt clean the areas i had to find somone to clean the tableto eat. The housekeeping staff did not speak English...I had to put my questions in Google interpreter in order to request towels. The 3-11 manager DASHA refused to tell me her name or wear after i called the front desk and requested blankets tissues and after being in a room overnight with a heater that only blew out cold air. Finally after explaining that a call would be made to HILTON sent another lady upstairs who placed my blankets and pillows ON THE FLOOR of the wrong door on the wrong room. After discovering which room she accidentally placed my sheets OUTSIDE of the wrong room she went downstairs..... and I followed her. RETRIEVED the blankets and pillows off the floor and went to my hotel and gave them to my children. The staff explained to me that they did not accommodate my request for adjoining rooms because I booked my room through booking.com and that i was not actually their guest but was booking.com's guest. They refused to hook me up with a manager. I took the time out to call HILTON and they placed me on hold 15 minutes after speaking to a supervisor who put the phone down without explanation and finally hanging up on me. I called back was placed on hold and after finally speaking to another supervisor they put me through to the exact hotel manager who verbally disrespected me hung up in my face put my sheets on the floor. In addition to this caused both me and my daughter to sit up ALL night scratching due to all of the supervised dogs walking around....per their approved dog policy. I paid $700 for the 2 rooms 1 of which couldn't cancel or use because I arrived with three small children. There was alot more to explain but the space is gone.

United StatesWanted to pay cash and they wouldn’t accept it but they still swiped my credit card for 77 Kuwaiti dinar for a single room. We then decided this wasn’t the right hotel for us as we felt uncomfortable from the staff members and manager. We called and located a hotel that did accept cash and stayed at that one (DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest). I went back to Home2 Suites the next day to ask for a refund they said it would take 3-5 business days and i still haven’t received my money from a month ago. Home2 Suites gave me a receipt that had nothing on it.

United StatesCleanliness: There were wrappers/trash under the pull out sofa, hair in the drawer with the blow dryer and the grout really needs to be cleaned in the kitchen and bathroom area. The big roll out table was full of dust and had to be cleaned before it could be used for a meal. Food: Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. On 2 separate days I got milk from the fridge to put in my 3.5 year olds cereal and it was spoiled. Either the fridge needs to be checked or staff need to be checking expiration dates every couple days. Pool: It was FREEZING!!! One day I caught an employee in the pool area and he changed the temp from 85-88. The following day I went to check the temp before getting the family changed and the other guests in the pool were saying how cold it was. Bump up the pool temp, it's not fun for anyone to swim in a freezing pool. Bathtub: I'm not sure why no bathtub rooms are ok the property. It seems like a place were families would go and the little ones don't like showers. I know this isn't anything that can be changed...just an annoyance for us.
-Having a full size fridge and dishes was REALLY nice to have. -The decor was nice and vibrant. -Staff were all nice and friendly. -My 3.5 treat old really loved the XL connect 4 game in the lobby.

United StatesOur frustration came when there was a storm that knocked out power to the hotel. We had no power for over 24 hrs and most importantly we had no AC. Our room became unbearable during the day, with our toddler unable to nap as she was sweating so much. Difficult to use the bathroom as there was no power, lights, once again especially with a young recently potty trained toddler. When we expressed our concern for our hot room and overheating child, we were told there was nothing that could be done. When we made the decision to leave the hotel due to the horrible circumstances, we were told our room could not be prorated. I understand that natural disasters occur and those things cannot be controlled. What I don't understand was why the hotel didn't seem to have any backup plans in place to deal with the circumstances. There were no fans to help cool a room, no offer of battery powered lights, just nothing to ease the situation. Just a "deal with it" attitude. And before anyone says we had cell phones, remember there was no power, the power went out in the middle of the night, so our phones were pretty much dead. What power we had didn't need to be wasted on using the flashlight app just to go to the bathroom. In a location like Omaha, where natural disasters and terrible storms are not unusual, I'd expect more from a hotel, especially one as well rated as this was.
It was very clean and the staff was nice. It was a good location, close to the activities we were seeking. Overall the potential to be a good hotel in general.
