The only thing we didn't like was that you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool location across an icy patio.

The breakfast was great, my children, spouse and myself were very happy with the choices. The staff was excellent on our two separate stays - both the front desk and attendant at the breakfast went out of their way to speak to us kindly and make sure we had everything we needed.

As advertised that a crib would be provided I even called two days before our stay to reassure there would be one and was hold told they would make a note of it And I had the impression it would be in our room already but I had to call the front desk and they said they would have to look and then was told we wouldn’t be getting one ! That was very disappointing -and then in the shower there was mold in the corners of it. They was no Extra pillows for the pull out couch . When we arrived they had a sign that they would be back And Waited a good ten minutes before someone came to check us in.

Kind of hard to get out of onto the road and when first going up to it didn’t know where to park and didn’t realize you could pull into the parking garage before checking in

It was great and felt Centrally located for anything you want to do in Omaha and Absolutely love the parking inside the building made me feel more secure about my car. Also the Breakfast was amazing every morning.

Quit charging for parking, you aren't downtown Chicago you're Omaha. I feel thats almost taking advantage. Your alarm clocks are CHEAP and several wouldn't even work. Last time ours was set 15 min ahead, but only the hotel could open it and reset it They had zero backup at front desk and I had to go to Target and buy one. This one worked this time

It had been about a year since we stayed there. The front staff had really improved. We have stayed there a lot due to an illness that required one of us to be at University of Nebraska Medical Center. The staff in the past couldn't answer some questions. Rooms seemed refreshed?? Housekeeping great as usual.

Couldn’t find parking and couldn’t get out of parking garage at one point!

Breakfast had excellent options. Eggs & protein choices galore!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels & bedding!

Where to park was very confusing. Barely any street parking. They had underground parking and a garage attached to the back of the main level. Minimal handicap. They charge for this. No unload zone.

I liked the free breakfast. I wish there were more options.

The breakfast lacked a good variety. There were no fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, muffins, or bagels of variety. At least one person in my family was left hungry. Another issue is that at some point something in the hotel was broken: the food heater, the garage door for parking, a door taken from its frame, etc. However, the staff was quick to fix any issues.

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds is quite spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The studio kitchenette was perfect to store drinks and snacks for our family. It came furnished with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. The room came with all the things a family might need during their stay.

Breakfast had a lot of options but all the breakfast sandwiches were way to hard to eat.

The beds were comfy. The sheets were soft. The room was quite. Loved the kitchenette and that it had everything you would need.

all parking is underground and doesn’t have adequate ventilation. Or not adequate for me. I have severe respiratory problems and ended up in the emergency room, via ambulance, before I ever made it to my room. But your very helpful and knowledgeable employee on duty remained calm, extremely in control as she listened to my friend shout needs and information to her as your employee called 911 for an ambulance. She was great. I really needed access to the lobby from the street without having to go into a parking garage. We did find the other garage that was just one level where we managed to park right by the hotel lobby door and appeared to only be one level of parking

close and convenient to the Nebraska Medical Center I had an appointment scheduled with.

Cost: even with discounts, multiple-night stays really add up. Would be nice to see higher discounts for long medical stays. Small stuff: some light switches did not turn on lights (burned out bulbs?) and nightlight in bathroom was also burned out. Breakfast? I did not check out the breakfast myself. However, others in my party did and were not impressed. Seems like the hot food is put out early and not refreshed. If you are not a really early riser, the food will likely be dry and stale.

Our stay was for medical purposes. Reduced rates and flexible policies which allow for the unknowns were very much appreciated. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary bottled water is a nice touch!

If the pool was open longer. We got in later than expected and assumed the pool was open until 11. The kids missed out on swimming.

Family though breakfast was good, location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the home-like feeling this hotel provided us.

The beds were God awfully uncomfortable. So, so, so incredibly hard and lumpy. I'm 80% sure I'll not return here, specifically due to the lack of comfort provided. The couch was stiff and somehow still un-supportive (I suspect due to it having the pull out bed, which was the softest thing in the room). The shower head needs CLRed or something. The water pressure isn't even. The glasses provided were cracked around the inside. No extra ice bucket liners. The hallways smelt of cigarettes and area was very scary. Both for navigating the roads & the evident crime. The first day there, the police had a 4 to 5 block perimeter set up one street over. The number of times we heard police sirens & heard guns made me very nervous.

Having a bedroom separate from the rest of the room was fantastic! 2 tvs, wonderful! The kitchen area (which has the chicest bowls I've ever used and wish I had gotten the brand off the bottom to get my own) with the dining table and moving desk was so convenient and really made our stay enjoyable, especially since we ended up staying in the entire trip. The room was VERY clean as well! I did appreciate that we had to schedule housekeeping if we needed it as well. It provided valuable rest and peace. Having the parking garage at the hotel was an absolute luxury.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well as there was toothpaste on one of the outside doors to the shower and the corners and floor in the bathroom were filthy. If we stay again I will definitely report this but the night we checked in was late and too tired to mess with it.

Location is perfect for anyone needing to get to UNMC!! Night front desk woman was fantastic and so helpful!!!!

I called down twice for new towels and no one ever came. So, I had to use the small towels that were made for drying off your hands.

It was in a great area and it was very clean. I liked the automatic garage, I felt safe.
