Breakfast was fine. Just wish they had premade oatmeal like they use to do in the past with toppings, sausage links and bacon would have been nice too, scrambled eggs, a pancake machine rather than waffles.

Very nice hotel. The location and area was fine. I liked that the pool was open until midnight.

The TV didn't work. We could not get it connected to the cable. This wasn't a huge deal but a bit annoying. We were already in our pajamas so we didn't want to call and have someone have to come into our room so we didn't complain directly to the staff, it may have been a real simple fix. We just watched stuff on our phones.

I always forget how huge these hotel rooms are. I love that there is a couch and 'livingroom' section as well as a larger fridge than you'd find in most hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff is always so friendly here. Upon arrival we were asked if we are Hilton Honors members and since we were we got free water and a snack.

I think because we checked in right after our room was cleaned it smell STRONGLY of bleach. Which is good that they clean with bleach, but it was pretty difficult to tolerate for a while. We ended up turning up the AC and leaving for a little while. The other issue I had was that our room was advertised as a King Suite with Hide-a-Bed but the bed was not a king-sized bed, I would guess it was a queen or a full. This was not a huge deal because my husband and I are used to sleeping in a smaller bed, but if you are not, then I would call the property and verify that the bed you're getting is in-fact a king.

Hotel appeared clean, was easy to get to. The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in and check out very simple. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early which was nice.

The hallways need updating as carpets are worn and paint on walls is in rough shape. We had two broken lamps in our room, the AC unit was very loud and didn’t cool the best. Very loud barking dogs down the hall as they allow pets. We were disappointed in the quality for the high price of $175/night.

Beds were comfortable, size of rooms were generous. Nice breakfast and seating area in lobby.

The pool was a little warm -- more like a bath -- and some of the breakfast items appear to have been leftovers from the previous day (tasted dry and stale).

The hotel was a good value for the money. We didn't use the kitchenette, gym, or laundry, but the facility would be great for someone needing an extended stay hotel.

There was a problem with our room that the staff couldn't correct that night. The hotel was booked for the evening, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was discounted due to the issue. The room had some water damage, that is the only portion that was dirty enough for me to comment on. We would absolutely stay there again even with the inconvenience we had. All due to the respect and helpfulness of the night receptionist.

Ice machines on our floor didnt work. Room heater worked, but the wall AC control showed an error. Glad the weather was cool for our stay.

There were a few things broken in the room like a lamp and whatnot. Nothing terrible but just noticable. Parking lot had a lot of cracks/pot holes in it.

There wasn't a corkscrew available to use in the entire building. The room came with a kitchenette, many of my dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when I arrived at the room.

Breakfast was decent considering Covid. Parking is convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Strong ammonia odor in 4th floor hallway. For a fairly new Hilton brand, this property was well worn and in need of attention.
