How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Location, pool, breakfast, cleanliness and size of the room, facilities. Everything we needed and zero negatives, which is very hard to achieve in my experience

Bed a little hard, but the room met all our needs, was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast could be a bit better. More choices. We requested no housekeeping most days, and every day, someone entered our room, even after we again requested no housekeeping.
Property is pretty, nice amenities, quiet area, great proximity to the parks. Easy access to tollway. Our son loved the pool, and the water slide was a perk. Firepits are nice for chilly nights. Rooms were quiet. Area offers some great places to grab food nearby.

Breakfast was amazing, the mickey waffles were a hit with my kids. The room was spotless, and the pool feels like a resort pool vs a hotel. We stay here each time we come to disney.

The rooms were great! The kitchen gave you a condo feel, but all of the perks of a hotel. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!

I say the pool could be a little better! Sharing it with the other hotel was a little different and it was hard to get in with so many people :/
I LOVED this hotel!! It was so amazing, clean and friendly staff!!! The location, OMG, amazing!!! Disney was 10 minutes away, can’t beat that!! :) Our room was so nice and it was great!! Loved the bed and how big it was!! 🥰 Great nights my mom, dad and I spent :)! Thank you so much guys!

The fact I couldn’t stay longer :(
Breakfast was great the heated pool was a nice touch also I wasn’t expecting that! Room was always serviced we stayed a week and the staff was wonderful it was a beautiful stay for our anniversary and I left a fiancé so I have no complaints

Charged for parking. I also didn’t like that the tv in my room was working properly. The other thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t vacuum our room much. One day they went in and only did one bed. They moved my suitcase which I doubt they had to since it was not in the way.
It was a good location. There was breakfast available. There was not a lot of noise.

Best to pre-book ubers. They are scarce in the area if you are looking for a quick pick-up. Not really a hotel problem. Wish the large firepit was working.
The rooms were so comfortable, the kitchen area was nice. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, they could use some more chairs, and the staff were all very friendly.

The area around the swimming pool could be a tat better. There were bandages everywhere so that could have been cleaner, but that’s about it. My niece did love the pool and didn’t pay attention to the bandages ;)
Hotel was perfect for our visit to Disney World. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was perfect! It’s walking distance to several restaurants, Starbucks, Target, Walgreens etc.

The parking could be free, the water flow in the showers could be stroger and the kitchen could be more equipped as it is difficult to cook with only a small pan.
The hotel facilities are all new and everything is clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and there are a lot of different restaurants available at a walking distance. There is also a Wallgreens and Target in front of the hotel. The location is great, especially if you are going to the Disney parks, all of them are 15min distant by car. Universal are a bit far but in 30min by car we got there. The pool area is great to relax after a busy day around Orlando and the parking lot is spacious. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

Breakfast wasn't good. Need to have more of a Varity such as scramble eggs, bacon sausage, potatoes. Egg white omelets not tasteful. Had to pay to park at the outside parking lot. I have stayed at alot of Marriot hotels such as Tampa, Sarasota and never had to pay for that

Breakfasts were awful. The only things good about the breakfast were Raisin Bran cereal, coffee, and bananas. Breakfast was sugar for kids or powdered eggs.
