The bunk beds were super high and had mattresses that were above the guardrails. Someone could easily roll off, especially a child. We had to let all of our kids sleep with us on the bottoms beds. We were on the 1st floor. There was a loud car sitting outside of our window for hours at 2 am, it sounded like a fleet of Harleys. Not enough towels or toilet paper provided in a room to accommodate 8 to 10.

Poor internet quality, tv control was damaged. Staff not being able to answer simple direction questions. Not a good location for restaurants. Price was too high for the quality of hotel.

The apartment was good, however, they were not as clean as expected. On day 1 we asked to replace the bedclothes as it was smelly. To clean the room you need to book it but nobody let you know that. When they come and clean, if they come, they sometimes left your room 1/2 done and you just find out it later in the night when you are back. When you need the front desk they usually are in a terrible mood and saving some exceptions (2 people) they have a terrible attitude like they are doing you a favour to give you towels to shower. Finally, the breakfast. It can't be called breakfast, a poor pancake, 3 options of flakes, no milk, no yoghurt, a terrible coffee, microwaved egg and bread can't be called breakfast. Without mentioning the extensive line that makes you wait for 30min for a pancake. It is expensive for what they offer. If you complain you will get COVID as an excuse for all their fails.

The apartment size and comfort. The pool is good and the gym. They also offer a good common area to have dinner with family and friends when you are in big groups.

I left 2 gold ring in the shower on top of the shampoo container. I called back and I was told that no one had returned it, but they will check with the housekeeper manager, and let me know. they are still letting me know.

I am hilton honor member for the last 20 years and been using the brand, because i could always relay on it

However, at one point my kids were crying because they were tired and we got threatened that they were going to kick us out. It was very upsetting. The lady that threatened us was very rude and tried to say it was us (my husband and I) screaming. But it wasn’t. It was my kids. They were throwing a tantrum and we were quick to calm them down yet still got threatened that we were going to get kicked out. Also the cleaning was not done when we needed it to be.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean when we checked in and lots of room. Also the fact we only paid a one time fee for our dog was great!

I didn’t like that everyone wasn’t on the same page about getting fresh towels. I was told to leave them outside the door and they would be replaced and trash would be taken out and that didn’t happen. As well during my stay my car was severely damaged in the parking lot and that is when I found out that this hotel DOES NOT have cameras outside of their building covering their parking lot. Worse experience of my life

I call to get my room clean in advance and still didn’t get it clean then I ask for the stuff to do it myself and they said they was bringing it up and didn’t everyday I had to come down to get new towels and face cloth most of the staff didn’t speak English

The housekeeping was terrible. When my mom and I enter our hotel room. The blankets were stained with maybe makeup or something( bleach or any whiting cleaner works, I use it all the time for my whites 🤷🏻, ) . And I don’t think the rooms were cleaned throughly. There was dust here and there and stains. Someone needs to be in charge and check to see everything was throughly clean. Because a good housekeep determines the guest stay, and comfort of the hotel . False Advertising to the guest that everything have been clean is just plain wrong, and the company needs to hold accountability to that.

I like how the property had oven and refrigerators, and even a sink to hold all your plates and food. The room was very spacious. The location was okay. Wasn’t to far from the mall and other attractions. The staff was very excellent great customer service . The front desk Ricky was so awesome and welcoming when we got there and was there when we needed help, and was very caring to our needs. Also the free breakfast was great quick and go .

Lacked toiletries. Room had no wash liquids in shower. Requested some and never got it. Not a bad room, but lacking the ability to wash easy, not ideal.

I did not like the noise of the air conditioning, there was no blanket, sheets are torn and kept coming out of the mattress, and the bath towels were old
