The whole building and all the staff. Everything was so clean and neat. The staff greeted you everytime you saw them. Breakfast was fresh and so good with many options.

I was told my room was freshly cleaned by the assistant GM. I was assigned the wrong room number and the commode was absolutely filthy!!

The Booking website said we were booking a suite with King Bed. No King beds in the entire facility. Hubs is 6’5 so uncomfortable stay.

We didn’t dislike a single part of our stay. The staff was wonderful and everything was perfect!

We basically had a studio apartment which made it feel so homey but while on a romantic getaway! The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, omelets and breakfast sandwiches, waffles and cereal, they had everything!

Was really the most uncomfortable bed I have had and I have stayed in several hotels in the area. Better Bigger bed needed, couch. All kinds of room but it was kinda bare minimum in the room. Could of had a bigger couch, two end tables, wall decor.

This is the third time we have stayed there and has electrical issues. The last time a couple of months ago, the third staff member finally said we need to flip the breaker because it kept tripping it when we plugged in 1 phone to charge. This time we had the same issues and when i mentioned it to the manager, he said he knew and asked if i had used a blow dryer. I hadnt. I said we have experienced this before and did not know why they kept renting rooms with issues.

We love the location. And the layout of the room.

The front desk person seemed to uninformed about the chargers for electric vehicles. he casually said some of the chargers didn’t work, he didn’t know why or which ones worked or didn’t work or even how to tell. I booked this place specifically because of the chargers and even called to make sure they were working. also people who were not charging were in the charging spots - despite big signs saying park here only while charging. when I said something to a person parking there who was not charging and didn’t even have an electric vehicle, they said there were other spaces. not the point.

The room was great with a kitchenette, a seating area and good lighting.

Check in was at 3:00 when we arrived at 4:00 no rooms was available we were told to wait. Another couple came in to checkin after us and was told a room was available but unable to access it and they would get one as soon as a room open up. We spoke with the hostess and the manager and he gave us a room shortly after. My friend in another room bed had hair on it from a previous guest that made us second guess if our room was completely clean.

Booking.com over booked and booked at the wrong rate. I was booked for 2 nights. When I arrived it took 30 minutes to find a room. When I checked out the bill was $402 & change, when I booked it at $316. Talked to the front desk and they said booking booked it at the wrong rate, and that they would change it. Hopefully my bank statement changes.

The Hotel was awesome.
