Exceptionally clean and well kept suites, we were very impressed. Bathrooms were well stocked with clean fresh towels for the entire 3 night stay. The suite was spacious with plenty of room to walk around comfortably without bumping into your suitcases,etc! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential utensils and needs.

The choices for breakfast items was very little. The staff was not on top of keeping the breakfast area stocked. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned.

Nicole was fantastic. She ensured that our reservation was put in even though it didn't go through from the booking website. Nicole personally made sure that our reservation was taken care of. John from booking made sure she received the information in order to make our reservation. Thank you both. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff was so friendly and helpful. Jay is good with suggestions for anything about town. The hotel was neat, clean, quiet and very home like atmosphere. We really enjoyed our vacation. Our 8 year old daughter didn't want to leave.

There could be more room to walk the dog on the back side of the building. Maybe the dog area could be moved to the other side?

The room was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the blinds a lot! Breakfast was very diverse and plentiful. The staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was very clean. The pool was always occupied, no restrictions seem to be in place. The outdoor seating area with fireplace was very pretty and inviting. Would stay here again!

Scheduling pool time was difficult especially the first day we arrived. The last day of our stay, there was no milk or yogurt at the breakfast, which severely limited options.

We enjoyed the property. Location was clean. We scheduled pool time 3/4 of the days we stayed. Suite was nice and roomy, we had an Easter egg hunt. Location was close to several food options. We enjoyed the outside Firepit. Breakfast was decent with covid restrictions.

They were doing work inside the bathrooms glazing the bathtubs, and the smell was horrendous Another day, the pancake maker was broken, because a guest touched it and ruined it The pool was not open our entire stay because they had to empty it and change the water and we booked because you had a pool that we did not get to use at all The mattress was way too soft and hurt our backs

It was close enough to Lake George and there were plenty of things to eat nearby

No vent in the bathroom. Well, I'm sure there is an auto vent, but it didn't work well. Basically, it didn't do its job.

Some of the lights in the room didn't work. And there was dishes in the dishwasher didn't know if they were clean or dirty.

The room felt cold and a cold breeze was coming through the AC/Heat pump unit. There was no vent in bathroom either.

The blankets and sheets are old and need to be replaced. Rooms were too expensive for a continental breakfast. For 5 days. We were in a room next to a small dog that barked continuously. Make sure you request a room away from pet owners.

The hotel is located directly off I87N. There are a mall and diners available nearby. Close to all the ski slopes. We booked a kitchen suite. It was large and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The towels were nice. Mattresses are comfortable. Lots of parking are available. They provide alcohol and other snacks at a reasonable price.
