Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff could not have been any nicer! Ashley was so helpful and always had a smile on her face regardless of me going to the desk several times to ask a question. The room as nice and the bed was super comfy! The sheets were extra soft! Highly recommended!

United StatesCheck in time states 3 pm. We arrived at about 430 and had to wait about 20 minutes for a room. You are expected to check out by a certain time but we couldn’t check in upon arrival. Staff stated the rooms were still dirty. I’m not typically a complainer but when you pay to stay somewhere you expect to check in when you get there after driving for awhile. Especially if we have to leave by a certain time.

United StatesIt was a great location, with very nice rooms, and great staff. The noise from the train was a little bothersome, but not enough to complain about. This location is also great if you have an EV automobile because there are charging stations located outside OR you can easily go to Sheetz which is within walking distance. And Sheetz is another alternative for meals. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel and there is no bar or room service at this location. The hotel is right located at I-40 exit 290 so it is centralized and easily accessible to anywhere in the Triangle Area.

Wow! This place was exceptional! Very clean, spacious, quiet & friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! The fire pit outside was a very nice touch. We travel to Tallahassee, FL a lot too but the reviews of the Home 2Suits there aren’t great. Send the Raleigh staff there to whip it into shape so we can stay there next time we’re in Florida! Thank you Raleigh, NC Home 2 Suits by Hilton. Can’t wait to travel to book our stay next time we travel to Raleigh!

United StatesThey need to be more specific to how we have to do for room service cleaning. When we ask twice for cleaning room they said “ok”. Nobody went and then they said that you need to request 24 hours before. And if the room is for 5 or 6 people, leave more coffee and sugar We have to go every day to the counter for get the coffee. The breakfast is good. Maybe available more fruits like bananas.

The breakfast selection was minimum but they offered the best. We arrived 2 hours early than our check in and was offered to pay $25 to check in earlier or wait. Wasn't quite happy about that business decision making considering the room was all ready and we just drove 8 hours.
