The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with several hot and cold options. Definitely a great value for the price!

Yellow jackets were everywhere and there was no evidence that the property was doing anything to trap them. Day 2 of our 6 day stay someone was sick on the patio and blocked us from using the patio as it wasn't cleaned until our last day. Day 3 there was a power outage for a couple of hours and it would have been nice for the hotel to have flashlights or lanterns available for use during the outage. The beds weren't very comfortable and the window shade in our room looked pretty ragged.

Our room was clean and our housekeeper Hilda was amazing! The rooms mostly blocked out the neighbors and outside noise. The fire pit out front was great at keeping the morning and evening chill away while sitting on the patio. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I guess you have to Request staff clean your room (restock towels, toilet paper, etc) 24 hours in advance First, no one told us that when checking in. Second, how does that work on your first day when room cleaning happens less than 24 hours of checking in? After no cleaning again on day 2 I had to ask at the desk when we got back late and we discovered we were completely out of toilet paper. The girl pointed to a tiny sign with about 10 different hotel policies written on it and handed me two rolls of tp to take up to the room myself. I don’t know- I guess I can live with having to specifically request service but why in the world would they not ask you at check in if you wanted to schedule service right away? Or maybe make sure there’s a decent amount of toilet paper in all the rooms?

Decent breakfast. Not a ton of options but the breakfast bar was always full and they refilled empties quickly.

No water fountain or bottle filling station in the lobby. Staff told me the only water fountain was in the gym, which was inconvenient. Also the bathroom in our room had a broken pocket door that was very difficult to open and close.

The breakfast was nice. AC worked well, room was quiet, nice kitchen area in the room.

Very easy to hear upstairs neighbors walking about. Blankets had some stains as well as the hide a bed mattress.

Plenty of space for our family. Kids are old enough to not want to sleep with other family members so having the hide a bed couch was a plus.

Our suite was clean and well-appointed. Once I checked, I received a welcome text from the reception team. While at dinner, my wife remembered we needed an extra pillow. I sent a text to the reception team and was promptly greeted with, "It will be at the front desk; enjoy your dinner." And it was- Exceptional service. We will remember Home2suites on future trips.

Carpet & shower were dirty. There was no conditioner in the shower. We had to go to front desk for sheets and blanket for pull out couch. There wasn't any socked in the room.

Our family liked the room size and that there was a small kitchen with dishwasher and nice size fridge/ freezer. My husband and I liked that we received 2 free spectator bands for the water park so we could go watch our kids but not have to pay to get in. Beds were comfy.

At checkin staff not very pleasant. Due to Discover monitoring unusual charges, i am from Indiana , couldn’t verify charge so used a different card. When I checked my discover & bnk account, I was charged on both! When I asked at desk for receipt and tried to get charges resolved, I was cut off by clerk as he answered the phone and rudely ignored me. Unhappy! Now I will spend more time on phone getting to bottom of charges after the 7-10 days clerk said it would take to resolve.

Room was comfortable. Location good, bed comfy. Breakfast sucked!

Beds were uncomfortable, and the location of the TV in the room was not planned very well for families with small children. Could hear the people above us all the time, maybe needs some sound deadening in the ceiling.

Staff was great, the location was great, and being part of the Water Park was awesome.

The set up for the breakfast area itself is AWFUL, on our last morning we opted for McDonald's instead of dealing with the small area and dealing with all of the people squeezed into this tiny area trying to get their breakfast.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the breakfast options were good, and we liked having a Netflix option on the TV after a long afternoon at the Waterpark.

Could've been a little cleaner. I shower had snot on the wall, shampoo and body wash was empty. We had 1 roll of toilet paper and we had a family of six in the room.

Loved beable to have a comp breakfast, also the fact it was connected to the swim park!

last occupants dirty dishes in dishwasher, leftover used bar of soap in shower, rooms need pulled; under the bed super dirty, staff walked by chips & other trash on floor in halls, & didn’t pick it up the whole weekend.
