Took a long time for water to warm up in the shower. Breakfast wasn’t great. I’ve had worse at hotels, but I’ve had much better. No wheat bread. Breakfast entrees not labeled as to what they were. Not much selection.

Staff both checking in and on leaving was great. Property was very nice, very comfortable.

More food options and a room safe.

This property is great for families. It has a pretty big refrigerator, a microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. Also, has a sitting are with a couch and plenty of space for luggage and hooks in the bathroom for your towels. The only thing missing was a room safe.

When entering there was a bad bathroom smell. They need to work on that! You also could smell it in the bathroom in the room. We had to keep the door shut

dirty refrigerator, they didn't clean every dy, put new towels out na d only one bar of soap. Bathtub/shouwer created a very bad slippery hazard. NO GRAB BARS FOR HANDICAP ABD ELDERDLY. IF THE NEXT ROOM I HAVE DIDN'T HAVE THESE, I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE.

Our room smelled like sewage really bad. It was clean but the smell was awful overwhelming in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was the friendliest in town! And after 5 other stops before this one (we came on a whim with no reservation), it was a breath of fresh air! Very kind and welcoming after a long day of driving.

Breakfast was average for hotels. Which means below average in general. I'd rather have few choices of good food, than many choices of less than great food. Price was little high I though for the area. Perhaps not the best value but still a very nice room and facility.

Room was great. Perfect for the extended stay amenities i was after. Gym was adequate and useful. Location was close to where i need to be an dining options as well. I'd stay here again.

Bathroom....Not entirely cleaned. Corners of floor were still dirty. Beds were lumpy as well as the pillows. Uncomfortable. The TV was weird. Could hardly figure out how to change the channels. No streaming services offered. Had to hook up our phone to the TV. Also.....NO CREAMER for coffee maker. Disappointing. Had to get coffee downstairs. Thermostat said 70 degrees but it was still warm in the room.

Location to college was great!!! Full sized fridge and huge microwave.....A+ Great for 6 people. Even had a privacy curtain. Big bathroom.....Breakfast had a wonderful selection. Better than most at other places. Loved the security feature of having to use your room key in the elevator! Genius. Fridge was nice and cold. Good customer service at front desk, but breakfast lady scowled at me. I was just lifting the lid on the oatmeal to look at it first to see if I wanted to eat it. Felt uncomfortable.

Paper thin walls, could hear everything in the adjacent room, in the hallway. Outside premises were unattended. Dog poop was left for days, trash. Stale, unwelcoming odor inside the room.

They should have 2 tv’s in the room. I had my kids with me so I let them use the tv plus the tv was all the way on the other side so I used my phone to watch tv. The bathroom wasn’t that clean there was still somebody else’s hair in the shower.

It was very spacious. I loved that it had a big fridge and not a mini fridge and it had kind of like a little kitchen. Everybody fit comfortably

Having to pay for parking since it was an open parking lot and anyone could park there, even if they were not guests.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. I am gluten and dairy free so there were not many options besides boiled egg and fruit, but that was good.
