I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived they scrambled to accommodate us. It took over an hour because according to the staff the rooms are 1st come 1st served. What's the point in booking over a month in advance if I am not guaranteed what I paid for.

Never got housekeeping and was never told about trash upon checking in so I left outside my door and got a notice.

The hallways and corridors were dirty and unswept or vacuumed. The heat was blasting in the stairwells which was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary for the time of year. The room could be cleaned more thoroughly, specifically the kitchen counter which had food stuck to it and the bathroom also had residue on the counters. Trash littered the outside landscaping including the trees. It was apparent the trash pieces had been there for some time. This was unsightly and I am sure pet owners were leery when walking their dogs. And lastly, the breakfast foods should be available during the hours 6:30am-9:30am as listed. When we stayed at the hotel breakfast had "run out" between 7:30 or 8:00am the staff member said and would not be replenished that morning. Fresh fruits, water, orange juice, and bagels at minimum would be appreciated.

Staff checking us in were professional and welcoming. The room was clean. The kitchen, counter stove, and full size fridge were great amenities. The location is ideal. This hotel is across the highway from AMERICAN DREAM. The parking is free.

The shower curtain rod was broken. This made it impossible to fully close the curtain, so it was cold and didn't feel very cozy. The bed linens were clean but I did find some small black hairs which didn't make me too happy. I was told breakfast was put out at 6:30, it wasn't put out until after 7 for both days of my stay. There were questionable stains on the walls near the bed. I'd hate to guess but it looked like either snot or semen. Hurray.

The hotel was clean enough to be acceptable. The kitchenette is a nice touch.

kids running down the halls making noise and the strong smell of pot all night long in a non smoking hotel had me nervous about fires and irresponsible behavior. It was a Monday night! Who's getting stoned up on a rainy Monday night in E Rutherford, NJ? I know it's legal in NJ and I do it too but not in a no smoking hotel. Breakfast was coffee, chunky style (with coffee grounds) and a wrapped stale Blueberry muffin. no variety, low quality. I wouldn't call it anything close to "breakfast".

Staff were terrible did not want to give extra sheets or towels the next day. Bathroom had paper toilet from the stay before. Floor was sticky. Got the worst room with people screaming early morning.

One of my rooms was already opened when we arrived and we had to change rooms due to the very unpleasant smell in that room. A huge bag of soiled linen was outside the room that we were switched to.

I loved the location and we did not eat the breakfast. I loved the staff. Both receptionist during check in and check out, was very polite, patient, understanding, and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable. There was a roach in our room and part of the kitchenette was broken.

The location was good. Very close to the MetLife stadium and the American Dream. The staff was friendly and the property was clean and maintained for the most part.

No closet or place to hang anything. Breakfast was over by 9:30. Not even coffee available after that; no in room coffee.

The room smelled like someone was chain smoking everyday for a year until I arrived. The hallway smelled of animals , cigarettes and weed. The fridge looked like someone beat it with a hammer. I was traveling for work, and I have a couch in my office I was going to sleep on. I decided to get a room here so I could have a shower before my flight to Europe in the morning. I was in a rush to leave in the morning only to find out the bathroom didn’t even have soap to wash hands , or shampoo in the shower.

The ac unit was loud. The rug was disgusting. The bath tub gave my 3 year old a rash on his body. The room smelt like mold. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed. The free breakfast was a muffin and coffee that finished before 8. They should provide a free shuttle to the mall and MetLife stadium but instead they provide the service for a fee of 10 dollars per person whereas Uber charges only about 10 for up to 6 people.

First floor room facing back of building and window was wide open when we checked in. Room was freezing and there was NO way to lock the window. I had to prop my suitcase as a stopper. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Door was loose and lock was broken. I could never recommend this place and will never stay again.

It was conveniently located between NY City and Metlife Stadium.
