We had an issue with the TV in our room, it would not work. I saw what the issue was and reported it to the desk agent. Michelle was rude and didn't offer any solutions for my issue. It took another gentleman who was about to leave for the day to turn around and come to assist me. The bathroom sink was unclean and the front of the refrigerator looked as if it had not been wiped down in some time. With this being a smoke free facility, the entire 1st floor smelled of cigarette smoke.

The location was good and the room was a decent size. There was a gentleman that helped me on the day of check in and went above and beyond to assist me . There was a worker there, young gentleman with blonde hair and glasses, who was actually on his way out the door because he was off , that came back inside to help me because I had an issue with a female desk agent.

kind of dirty and smelly. i was move three times to different room. The first room was located on a smelly floor. Then I got move to the second floor, there the first room that I got had a faulty smoke alarm that was beeping all the time, the second room had a strong smell of tabaco. Finally I got a better room on the first floor but on the second day of my stay the water was cut off for several hours due to “water line repairs” but the worth was the breakfast where you were offered coffee, cakes, granola bars and oatmeal on packages.

The place was not clean. People smoked in the room and hallway. It says breakfast included but only coffee was available. It has kitchenette but no dishes. Curtain was broken. I let the staff know. We were someone will come in the morning. No one showed up.

I liked the location because my main reason for staying there was American Dream Mall. I’ve stayed At Extended Stays before but never experienced one like this.

First off the hallway and room smelled of cigarettes and weed. I specifically booked this place for the no smoking policy. I was traveling with two young children who have asthma and are triggered by cigarette smoke.

The location was great for the plans we had for the weekend.

Building seemed old. Security seemed non-existent and food and bottles were left in the hallway half eaten for almost a whole day. Building kept a smoke odor most of the time.

no pool, no real options of breakfast choices and rarely anyone at the front desk. always had to wait for over 5 minutes until someone came to the desk. pets were allowed where the food was, which is very unsanitary. dog poop on property notified front desk and they did nothing about it.

The staff was wonderful but there was water damage at front door missing ceiling which extended into shower which left a scent and honestly just looked old for 135 dollars

Did not see breakfast made available, there was construction around the elevator. I asked the attendant about a triple a discount, he said he could not help me. Bed was uncomfortable.

The ceiling in the hall had a huge hole and there was a trash can catching the water. There was a roach in the room and the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall holding on by a thread, the inside shower curtain was too long and my granddaughter slipped and fell.

The front desk attendant (I believe her name is Michelle) was very pleasant, helpful and just a overall nice person. We visited American Dream and the hotel was right across the road.
