Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It was clean everywhere. The pool was open. The breakfast was great (sausage, eggs, grits, toast, biscuits, oatmeal, etc.) I came on National Cheesecake Day, they had free cheesecake for the guests. The staff was nice.

I loved having the option of multiple bedrooms, living area, and kitchen in a hotel for a reasonable price. Beds we're comfortable. Rooms were clean. Laundry room was available.

United StatesVery ghetto, rooms were subpar, living room area nasty, chairs were nasty and stained, couch was very uncomfortable, broke down and felt nasty to sit on. I caught COVID while there and I believe it came from the room but I can’t prove it. Last but not least I booked a handicapped room because I’m an amputee and they gave my room to someone else so I had to add more uncomfortable to my stay cause I couldn’t bath right while there.
