when i asked for a receipt- in my husband name they acted like they couldn’t do it. He paid for the rooms and they couldn’t type up a receipt? Yes I reserved it, but the reservation was in his name for the sole purpose that he could get reimbursed for his expenses. The manager hs not even called back. I left messages

Kids were putting their heads in the hot foods (lifting up the lid and literally out his head(hair) in the food. i was nauseous after i saw that. why couldn’t i watch regular tv?

The TV was broken. I called the front desk and he taught me how to change the channels but the TV in the bedroom still had an issue and not usable.

A/C in our room did not work, tech went to see it said it was fixed and it was not. Asked for extra pillows we were 5 people and had no pillows, had to also ask for extra towels, had to call twice to get the towels, finally got the towels 2 hours later.

Pool was not heated, but this was very minor. Location was near a shooting range, but very minor to me.

Building was nice, staff friendly, location was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was great for family of 3. Got a room with separate bedroom from livining room very nice. Had a stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen area was good to have.

Nicely appointed suite separate bedroom great blackout curtains well equiped kitchenette dining table and chairs and sofa bed. TV in both seating area and bedroom Nice hot breakfast.Friendly staff.Nice location.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were too soft. One pillow was too flat and two pillows were too high. I didn't sleep very well. My neck was hurting but everything else was great. Maybe invest in some new pillows.

Smell on the floor is as in Indian student hostel, air conditioning is clogged with dirt and dust directly in the room, also air conditioning is very loud.

Very good accommodation with kitchen that includes dishes, dish-washing machine and all you need to stay. Pool is okay, but no so warm as for us. Breakfast is awesome.

The hotel is far from any services and restaurants, and there is no reserves for electricity, as happened on Thursday, 20:70, about us, electricity has been turned off over 12 hours

It was very old and tired and in need of a facelift. A stark contrast to our Hampton in Kittery. The furniture was old and stained…dirty! The kitchen was minimally stocked with silverware, plates.,etc. We thought we would upgrade by choosing your accommodation with a separate bedroom and living area. Not worth the price when it was shabby. The Hampton Inn in kittery was sufficient in term of space…..and it was immaculate!

The location was excellent for our needs to meet friends in area.
