The couch in the room was very stained.

The breakfast was incredible, they had a complimentary holiday beverage in the lobby that was delicious, and all the staff members were so nice and welcoming.

Could use a little cleaning. Rooms should be double checked before reservations. Card machine did not work for purchases.

Furniture needs to be updated. Knob fell off the cabinet door upon arrival, sofa bed was broken. Hairballs found around the bed.

The pool closes two hours after check in. The bed was uncomfortable and I was hoping for more options at breakfast. Still had a great time though. The staff really made it!

I was placed on the 2nd floor when I SPECIFIED THE 1ST FLOOR BEFORE BOOKING!! SEEING THOUGH I AM EXTREMELY CLOSTERPHOBIC AND HANDICAPPED WITH HEART PROBLEMS I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR INABILITY TO READ THE NOTES BEFORE HAND SO THAT THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE ME PROPERLY.

Ants in the room. Housekeeping Supervisor banging on the door at 10:58am. Front desk clerk did not notate my account that she approved a late checkout of Noon.

The tv in the room initially did not work. Service department had to fix a minor issue. But, they had to attend to it. The service department had to install new batteries in the in-room safe to make it work. These issues should have never existed if checked on before new guests enter apartment.

Never used the breakfast. It was too minimal. Like that there was a small pool and a small work-out gym with equipment.

The elevator was broke when we arrived on Saturday and didn’t get fixed until Monday. Our room was on the fourth floor and it was a bit much to carry small kids and all of our belongings up 4 flights.

The rooms were nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the basketball court and the small game room.

Our stay was very comfortable and very convenient! My dad and I were traveling to visit family members in the area. After a long trip from Connecticut, our room was a welcome respite. Clean, affordable, and excellent staff to make our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Unfortunately, many things didn't work. There was only one working elevator. The staff had to be called to bring you up and down, plus the stairs were far away. The computer was super slow upon checking in, and it took forever even after restarting it. The pool was out of order, because some foolish customer brought their filthy dog to the pool the night prior to our arrival. Charge pet people EXTRA, and DEMAND that their pets stay out of ALL common areas like gym, pool, and dining room, etc. Give pet people specific rooms in hotel away from others, and so their rooms can be given more cleaning. Pool is miniature in size. The room was older, curtains, kitchen furniture, and lampshades were stained, and inside of toilet bowl had a light brown ring stain (not cleaned enough/frequently). The furniture is old, the tv is not smart, and the ceiling had water stains and signs of aging. My girlfriend's room had a stained pull out couch that was very uncomfortable for our other girlfriend to sleep on, and it was very squeaky. Overall, the hotel is NOT what I expect from Hilton. The room was about $200 for one night in a town (not a city) including taxes and fees. I wasn't even in the room for 12 hours. I didn't book at a peak time or holiday time, so I cannot imagine the charges for those dates! I was willing to pay extra, because it's a Hilton hotel. I absolutely WILL NOT be returning and DO NOT recommend this hotel. Hopefully, others will have better reviews after the renovations.

The foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was warm and welcoming. The size of the room was excellent with good lighting, multiple places for charging devices, ceiling fan, and a controllable thermostat. The staff were kind and helpful. Apparently, the plan is for the hotel to be renovated. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Ursula was great and tried to keep up with refreshing food items as fast as possible. Checking out of the hotel was very quick, even with getting a printed receipt. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel is close to restaurants, stores, and an event I was heading to requiring the hotel stay and on time arrivals. May God bless the staff for trying hard to do a good job under the circumstances!

For sharing a room, the bathroom is in the master so that was awkward. Doors didn’t require key cards to get in, they didn’t lock. The sheets on the bed were like cardboard. The breakfast area was a cluster and could be more spread out or at least out silverware on an outer extremity. No orange juice.

There’s not much in this location so the placement of this hotel is convenient.

Elevators don’t work and staff has to operate them, major inconvenience. No eggs at breakfast, said they ran out. Bed felt like it was 100 years old, very squeaky and no comfort left, same with flat worn out pillows and the sticky rug in the room. Also, walls are super thin and you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.

Called about direct TV not working the front desk said the would send maintance which never happened so I was without a tv for the entire stay The never have enough pots pans and utensils you always have to call the front desk for more items. The elevators didn't work The Staff was very friendly and accommodating
