Rooms need updating. There were bugs, and most electrical outlets did not work. Pull out couch was terrible. My son’s back was sore for three days on our vacation because of the pullout couch bed. The overall quality of this Hilton was not what I expected. Makes me want to get rid of my Hilton rewards card and switch to another rewards card from another hotel chain. I am happy it was just for one night. Toilet was plugged and could not unplug it. The plunger they sent up to the room looked like it was 20 years old and would not work to unplug the toilet. Thank God we had another toilet to use due to it being a 7 person room.

We had to make our own bed for the kids on the pull out sofa. The airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive at the airport and on the morning we left, we were out the front for a 4am shuttle and he didn't have room for us. As a result we had to pay for an Uber to the airport so as to arrive on time.

The shampoo/conditioner/bath gel bottles didn’t work in the shower. The water in the kitchen didn’t work either.

We rented a 2-bedroom suite (for 2 couples) and it was perfect. Easy on/off by I-595.

The airport shuttle service needs to be more frequent than the top of the hour.

The rooms were great and the service was excellent. The fitness gym was good, but lacked weights and cleanup wipes but was well maintianed.

Nothing was nearby, nowhere to walk to. Free shuttle was terrible. We waited for over an hour at the airport after calling. We would up paying another hotel shuttle bus to take us to hotel.

Breakfast was good, room was extra big, bed was comfortable.

Shuttle late to airport driver was sitting there and i tried to get his attention while standing by passenger door he was just sitting there on his cell phone and just left without rolling his window down or talking to me. Had to wait another 30 minutes before he came back

They need to do a bit more maintenance on the rooms and better cleaning of the hallways. Also, on our first day we were in a room where they kept the cleaning carts and garbage outside our door doesn’t make the room very inviting.

My suggestion is get better quality hide a beds, the one in our room was crap, the person had to put the mattress on the floor to get any comfort, the bathtub could use an upgrade.

Great location to the airport, great shuttle service, staff were wonderful, restaurants close by.

Didn’t like that the evening reception didn’t occur while we were there. Also, we had a 7:30 pm flight home and requested late check out. We were given an extra 30 minutes. I expected more flexibility since it is so close to the airport.

My experience with the shuttle driver was bad . I came in on a late flight with a baby and the driver had me waiting for over forty minutes while he picked up someone who was not even staying at the hotel ….then on the drive there he was complaining to the passenger about the company not caring about their drivers … this behavior was very disturbing and paints a bad picture of the company on a whole .

I loved the customer service I received Over the phone and as I entered the hotel…. Daniel (think that was his name ) at the front desk was very helpful and showed such care while assisting me …he left a lasting impression on me in that short time I was staying with you and I will definitely stay again if I could receive that type of care he gave on my arrival….

We arrived at 11:30pm and checked in- our keys wouldn’t work- they moved us to another room finally unpacked by 12:30 am- exhausted from traveling. Asked for a wake up call at 6:30am but never received it
